Ben Higgins - Lauren Bushnell - Bachelor 20 - Discussion - #4

^ Lauren has A LOT of fave filters, and is ALWAYS abusing them IMO. I don't get the point of it? Is she bored? Does she want ppl to think she's pretty? Is she trying to prove that she has a personality? Is she really just that vain? Beats me at this point. IMO.

Idk. There aren't really rules for snapchat . I jokingly said abuse because I have my fave filters that I prefer too (recovering flower crown abuser over here!). I'm guessing her followers like it or they'd unfollow. Unless they're hate-following which I've done in the past for others.

Taking her audience out of the equation here, she still posts all that crap. I'm imagining she would also post the same stuff if she wasn't a "celeb".. It comes off like she's vapid, which is how she also came off on the show at times too TBH IMO.

Sometimes a person is just what they seem. No ryme, reason, fault, exaggeration, etc. Lauren just seems like a very nice girl, who loves travel and adventure, laid back, introverted, not a huge personality, and a TAD high maintenance and vapid. Those last qualities don't make her a bad person, or make her stock go down...its another part of her. I think we've all been there, are there, or will get there at one time or another. It's what makes us human! But like any and all humans, we tend to judge based off of what we see, hear, and believe. IMO.

As for Ben, I'm not going to even down play it. The guy is super handsome, genuinely sweet, a caring heart...but he has wayyyy too many issues, that cause him to seem "above all" IMO.

Me too:) And I love that Lauren has gotten so involved as well. It's really special to see. IMO.

^^I feel like he should find a way to make that his full time gig. It's obvious to me that he genuinely cares.

For me, I don't mind her snaps . If she is into herself and loves looking at herself ,than great . It's good to love yourself , many people find it hard .
As long as she is not insulting or causing others harm than I don't have any problem with her abusing of filters. It's her life and her social media. We all have option of Ignoring it which I do when I don't like it . JMO

@ReneeM he says he was recently added to their board. I assume his d list celebrity has helped them raise much more money then they ever have before. He has such a big heart for this charity. That is really nice to see that hasn't changed.

In spite of what seemed like dismal rating, especially when compared to other bachelor shows, freeform made way more than they were expecting to make. We should watch to see who randomly cameos all their episodes, that will be the next new show. Last sentence is my opinion.
