I agree.  I do read.  Just can't help myself but I don't like him most of the time.  I think he's so full of himself and he seems to be jealous of the contestants and/or lead.  

oh but I do not like him at all. I think he is full of himself IMO. I think he has a huge ego IMO. I generally go straight to the spoiler and do not read his first paragraph which is IMO his own me me me and me being the best thing that could ever happen in your life IMO

but I know he has spoiled many times some shows, especially episodes and rose ceremonies and he was right many times with the ending. Except the death of his dog, which I found his blog very touching, everything else is IMO a pack of BS outside the spoilers.

Most call center's have people on 24/7. I know I have been speaking with Microsoft at all hours of the night. They have to have night people for those that work nights and days. And funny thing is most of these people are not even in the US.

I do not understand why he would get a reply within 3 hours though, especially for the techie to have to look up specific information. It is like this techie guy was at BBJ's beck and call.

2.5 hours. No security questions. No call us this is sensitive information. None of that. 

Can my phone company outsource to these super diligent and qualified email techs??

If this is a dating app for the rich and famous, then they may expect a quick response. It's been said again and again that it's difficult to get in and its customers are protected. So, I would think they would want to give them the best service but who knows

OK I've never had a problem with RS till now! He seems obsessed with getting mud to stick on Jordan & it feels personal! Wether or not Jordan cheated in the past or not I do believe people can change but besides that this whole Raya issue is getting silly. Unless an email is from Raya themselves it can easily be a fake so RS can claim fact on that but I'm going to stick to believing Jordan on this one and hope RS can move on!

Seriously. I cannot even get tech support for my production servers in that time and I pay for 24/7 support. Sigh. BTW inactive might just mean that he did not use the app to contact anyone, not that he was not able to do searches etc.

I think it is more proving a point than making Jordan look bad. If Steve has evidence and he knows Jordan is lying he is going to go all out to prove him wrong. IMO of course.

Jordan is one more notch on his belt. 
Boogs has been a dog with a bone for many past cast. IMO the difference here is both parties are like a dog with a bone and neither is about to give in to the other.
