The COO of my company watches the show with his wife and knows who RS is. It's not unbelievable to me that an Apple employee could know too. They aren't all developers locked in dark rooms going over what to add to the next iOS update.

Per Urban Dictionary:  Wa-Lah is "Voila" for idiots.  

This "big gun" is in the subscriptions department. They could just be a supervisor or manager of a team that handles customer service related to subscriptions, like processing renewals and such. Just because it's Apple doesn't mean it's a glamorous position that person works in. JMO

I honestly think that RS is a must read when the show airs. His name is now everywhere on every tabloids. He is no longer an anonymous fan trying to make money on behalf the show. He does. He says that the site became his full-time job in 2011, and gets between 8 and 10 million monthly page views. SOURCE

even half of it is huge. And you can bet there is all kind of people in the spectrum watching the show and reading him. If he can afford to live upon his column that means traffic. IMO

Most call center's have people on 24/7. I know I have been speaking with Microsoft at all hours of the night. They have to have night people for those that work nights and days. And funny thing is most of these people are not even in the US.

I agree. I do read. Just can't help myself but I don't like him most of the time. I think he's so full of himself and he seems to be jealous of the contestants and/or lead.

Can someone on Raya email them and ask something related to logging in or whatever and see what they say?? Put us out of our misery #teamnolife

This, and who knows where Raya's customer service is located. There could be a major time zone difference.

I do not understand why he would get a reply within 3 hours though, especially for the techie to have to look up specific information. It is like this techie guy was at BBJ's beck and call.
