He said he was giving it a rest. IMO for now.
Not sure why he got all personal when the clarification was not directed at him at all but he got all up in arms.
Oh well, pretty sure he is just biding his time and this thread will be hopping shortly.

I think he waiting for BBJ/Jo to respond now or more emails from the Big Wig at Apple.

He may be waiting until Tuesday and then hit us with some more emails. Maybe Jordan can get another email from Raya by then. I'll bring the wine, someone else bring the cheese and crackers. Let's party!!!!

IMO.

My personal experience with RS is that he is insecure and defensive. A few years ago he seemed to be quite tickled that the Bachelor (or Bachelorette) ratings weren't doing too well. I emailed him and asked why that made him happy, since his income depended on the show. And I wasn't being snarky - just curious. His response was pretty surprising. He seemed pretty offended that I would insinuate that it was his only source of income, and that he had plenty of irons in the fire. I reread my email, and I didn't think I was insulting at all. As somebody else posted a page or two back - he's a sad, pathetic little man. Kind of a tick, really.

BTW, since that email exchange, ratings have gone up, and RS has been happy about it and admits that his success improves with this shows' success. Imagine that.

I believe he was bombarded with many tweets defending Jordan yesterday, some were quite comical, so he made his "I'm done talking about this" spiel and went back into hiding...where he will be waiting for his next victim.

I don't think there's a next victim. Brandon was right, Steve is Joelle-level obsessed with BBJ this season for whatever reason. 

He's probably collecting evidence from BBJ's fifth grade home room teacher that BBJ stole snacks and I fully expect 57,000 exes/tinder dates/whatever else to show up shortly as well.
