Ben Higgins - Lauren Bushnell - Bachelor 20 - Discussion

As long as Lauren keeps extending  her 15 minutes of fame on sm and appearing at public events she'll continue to be recognized,  and won't be returning to work any time soon. She may have moved to Colorado, but I'm still watching the feet. I guess she's taking baby steps ....  

Geez, I wonder what her feet isn't doing besides flying yet or again . IMO, I love what her feet has done so far and what she's shared on SM. I have zero doubts that a wedding is being planned by the end of the year. :Nod:

Although it's my opinion , I say definitely yes. I do believe that they are a sooner than later kind of couple when it comes to marriage. Btw, there was earlier convos here about Lauren possibly being paid for being on the show. An article from Alaska Air quoted Lauren saying there is no compensation for being on the show or any wardrobe allowance.

Well, I don't keep tabs on her every movement, but just by casual observation , via her sm, she certainly doesn't let grass grow under her feet. As long as she stays in the limelight she won't be inclined to fly any time soon because it will hinder her in carrying out her duties as an attendant. Until I see her toning down her sm presence, I will continue to be sceptical about her desire to go back to work. jmoaa

Lauren and Ben are two of the more quiet people on SM to come out of this show. Please point me in the direction where she is OTT? If anything, I'd like them to share a bit more.

No product promotions. A few engagements here and there. And a couple pictures and snaps from their every day life. It's 2016. That's what most people do nowadays, especially Millenials. Lauren and Ben are incredibly subdued with it, considering. I don't see either trying to stay in the limelight with it at all. JMO.

I thought this is a normal discussion thread and not a fan one.  Correct me if I'm mistaken. Until then I'll continue to state my opinion without having to defend it. tia

I don't think they're in any way OTT with sm. They can go days without posting nothing, then 1-2 snaps or IG posts. Most couples or contestants on this show does the same, or more. Last night Lauren was active on snap chat, but who wouldn't be from their seats at the festival?

I see her feet moved her to Denver in April, like she said she would do, she's been re-decorating their house, making new friends and meeting up with old ones, and spending time with Ben. And IMO her few IG posts here and there won't affect her getting noticed on flights, the people who'll recognise her and approach her would do so regardless of her 4-5 weekly IG posts. Jmo.

On SM, Lauren has been more active on Snapchat. Last night I can understand her excitement at Iheart. It was fun following along with her and seeing her fun side.
Overall, she has been one of the few who does not post a lot on SM.
I don't have any expectations of this young and seemingly happy couple. Just wish them all the best in whatever they decide.

I agree I only follow her on IG and there is a post or two almost daily of herself.  She includes Ben every once in a while . I also think she is posting pics. on IG for promoting clothes or either she really likes to take pictures of herself. JMO

Even on snapchat, Lauren is pretty subdued. Last night was literally the most she ever snapped, and understandable, because she was at a big festival and clearly excited. And it was mostly just snaps of the music artists she was watching. Lauren will go days without posting anything anywhere. Ben has gone a week or two without posting anything. Neither is promoting products or making a quick buck with the SM shilling. When they post, it's usually just something mundane about their new life together, nothing more, nothing less. They've done a couple events, but again, nothing OTT, and all of their appearances (Little 5, BYC, and even this country music thing - both are big country music fans) are all experiences near and dear to Ben's (& Lauren's) heart.

I couldn't care less if she goes back to being a flight attendant or not. They will figure it out. I don't care if they are planning a wedding now, or if they wait a year. Again, they will do what is right for them. I enjoyed their story, and think they are both lovely people. I've enjoyed watching their feet basically move in unison for the last almost 2 months. They are a breath of fresh air to me in this franchise. I'm wishing them nothing but the best.
