Derek is literally the love child of our brooding marcus plus a heck of a lot more JIM from the office. Love it.

Watched Ep 2, I think JoJo is a good B'ette. She is sexy, funny and can carry some conversations, and she seems to be wanting to really know the guys (at least it looks to me that way, doesn't matter it's all acting or what). She is quite different from the previous two B'ette, and I think we could be able to really see some romances developed.

Both seasons of MeAndi and Kaitlyn were a little too "masculine", the two brats just wanted to project an image of "bad azz indepedent modern day women" which were all about how to kick the guys' azz, nothing romantic at all. I hope we really get to see some "love stories" this season.

Hubby and I finally watched the 2 episodes airing June 06 & 07. IOP (In Our Opinion) here's the impressions of these guys.

The date with James Taylor was sweet and so much fun to watch. He seems to be genuine, let's hope so. I love retro themed settings.

group date was ICK! I can see a minimal value in it. A girl would want to know if a guy engages in "activities" she's uncomfortable with. But the after party was nuts. Alpha wannabees much? Chad was not at his best, neither was Evan. If I were in her shoes, both would be leaving ASAP.

Evan likes to be the sneaky and then play the victim. Yes some inappropriate things have been said and done, but he's not an angel either.
My hubby stated that he thinks Chad possibly was badly bullied as a kid and turned to body building and bad behavior compensate.

Date with Luke was great. He's a good guy and talking about his service in a responsible way was classy. Jojo showed intelligence on that date....except for the hot tub. But then guys DO love taking care of a cute girl.

The boys playing ball was cute.

Chad versus Alex.... a "grown man versus a whiny child." Talking about yourself Chad? Go against a Marine.... chance are your butthole and mouth will be switching places. THINK dude. I loved it that Alex got the rose. At least Jojo was smart enough to have figured it out. But seriously I'm thinking a lot f that was orchestrated for ratings and drama.

I know there must have been another date or two in there that I missed.
The previews for next week they show Chad messin with the other guys to either prank or intimidate. My question is ... with the security around and the anti bullying stance everyone is taking, why is this being allowed? Are they going to address stalker issues?

What are your thoughts?

I was looking at the SNP thread the other day and notice most are posting in that thread, not here.  I didn't read many posts because I was worried I may get spoiled.  Can you tell us totally unspoiled peeps if that is a safe thread.  I want to be able to "converse" with everyone during the season but don't want to get spoiled.  If you want to PM me what is discussed in that thread as to not break rules of this thread that is fine too.

I have not watched more then 3 episodes of this season. Have not bothered sleuthing. I rooted for Alex and Luke, but no longer interested in watching each episode. It's just too same old, same old, supposed adults being encouraged to act like bullies and immature children.
Was finding it more interesting to watch Unreal. But it really leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the whole franchise. Especially after watching an interview with the lead actress telling about what her producer said was really done to contestants on the Bach. So I am probably going to discontinue that as well. treating other human beings with that much disrespect for the sake of making a tv show is just wrong in so many ways.
Tried to watch the full season of Bachelor NZ, but the app updated and would no longer allow access. Now THAT was good tv. Much more realistic and classier, with a hint of glamour.
