The Bachelorette - Season 12 - JoJo Fletcher - NO SPOILERS - Discussion

Discuss JoJo's season here. Absolutely NO SPOILERS!

Thanks for setting up! I like to go into Bachelorette season with no knowledge of contestants since I am part of spoiler - free betting pool for opening night. So I will pop in here in May again after first episode. I dont want to pick a favorite giy and let that cloud my judgment, which has happened in past.

I think that GA asked for spoiler free preferences. I will watch previews first night but then I like to go into each episode with no knowledge of who has dates or who is staying/going so I can give every contestant a fair chance. I don't watch previews during the week or even read the episode description. I do read blogs and religiously listen to Afterbuzz recap with my boyfriend Brooks.

I will stay unspoiled for as long as I can. I usually get antsy when I think I have figured out final 1 and want to check. But I always try to stay spoiler free for at least first 4-5 episodes.

Even if i lnow spoiler i will start paying atention to screen caps probably after its down to final 6 or so.

Can't wait for fun season! :cutesmile!:

I think I'm going to try and NOT analyze SCs even this season, and see if I can really hone in on edits, body language, & other clues during regular viewing. 

Questions: I'm going to try and tame my fangirl-dom this season, but if I am inclined to share a picture or video, would I just do that here and not the Fan Forums? (those are all spoiled threads, correct?)

Also, I usually don't get to watch the episodes live...I usually have to wait 1-3 days later. Will there be an appropriate place to discuss the episodes as I am watching  them with other unspoiled members?

Yes there is an epi thread that NonSpoiled viewers post in while watching the show. You can do that any time. There are other posters on the other side of the world that don't watch it when we do, they post whenever they can watch it, so that's fine. We enjoy reading those posts!!

The No Spoilers thread is perfect for discussion of edits body language and other clues. Any thing that has "aired" can be shared as far as pictures/scaps and that wouldn't be considered a spoiler.

Does your boyfriend Brooks ever give you spoiled info during Afterbuzz recaps? I've noticed sometimes it's hard for him to keep secrets.

I like reading here then going back to re watch the episode to see things differently.

So those that intend to be unspoiled start posting when the show starts? I'm already so tempted to go into the threads! Yikes!

It's difficult for me to remain unspoiled, so I plan to hang out in the spoiled threads and pop in from time to time here to say hi and read all the amazing posts...and keep my lips sealed about what is happening on the other side. I'm going to miss all my #teamjojo friends from Ben's season though!

As a poster who has been completely unspoiled for the last two seasons I am very excited that there is going to be an unspoiled but sleuthing screen caps thread. But I am a little confused. Sorry @GuardianAngel as you have probably gone over this a thousand times already.

The screen caps technically have been shown by ABC and viewed by the public so they are not "spoilers" but we must only discuss them in the screen cap thread? If we do discuss and discover anything from the screen caps then we must not talk about them in this thread? So if we do want to sleuth screen caps once the show starts we stay and post in the screen cap thread only. Is that correct?

Also is anyone joining me to sleuth screen caps in the no spoiler thread? I don't want to be a "Nellie no mates" again!

Katie, I am going spoiled, but I love your insight, so even if you are alone, I will stop by and say hi. Just won't post on more than high or your insights. I really enjoy the amazing insight from all the unspoiled posters. It is like an extra bonus for me getting to read your experience.

Yes reviewed a thousand times. The discussion of s/caps takes place only in the s/caps thread. However, one can still post in the Non Spoiled thread, while watching the episode as well as take part in the sleuthing of s/caps. While posting in the Non Spoiled thread, even if one is in the s/cap thread, there will still be a lot of info that is unknown.

I believe there will be others in the s/cap thread.

Also, I ask that everyone read the Non Spoiler rules in this category, especially those that are spoiled.
