LOL I was going to ask the same! Considering that on the week-end I sleep from 4AM to noon and I havent been to a party that's not an office thing or a wedding in 15 years

I totally agree. They seemed like a unit to me, together without feeling like they had to sell it. Their was none of the discomfort I saw with the past two bachelor couples.

I get why Ben looked so stressed, he screwed up repeatedly, IMO, he is a lucky man that Lauren seems to have been able to let it go. It bodes well for them just like it did for Des and Chris, again IMO.

I do see that he is less over the top physical with Lauren than he was shown with JoJo. But then again sometimes like with Ashley and Ben a lead will ramp up the physical to overcome that emotion they don't feel as strongly with F2. I wonder if subconsciously Ben never quite felt as much for JoJo so over compensated with the physical to make the connection feel as strong.

BTW, my hubby and I make fun of each other in front of our friends all the time. It is mutual and to us it is a sign of being comfortable enough with ourselves to ackinowledge our flaws. We don't have to be perfect to be happy or great together. Every couple does stuff that irritates each other. If they don't then they are probably lying IMO.

Great post, stuck. I thought they felt very comfortable with each other and to me it's good that they're talking instead of letting things get under their skin. I wonder if Ben realized after that the "love" with Jojo was probably more lust than anything. They had a lot of chemistry but the same can be said for many f2 from the past.

I'm not much for overanalyzing couples' body language but do remember Andi & Josh seemed way too OTT and I never bought it. I did notice something that I thought was sweet. On GMA when Lauren was talking, Ben was rubbing her back as if in support. I also think he took a step back and let her talk in the interviews. It seems that the lead gets tired of carrying all the weight all season so enjoys letting someone else talk.

Time will tell.  The first tell to me is if Lauren delays the move.  If she moves like planned in a few weeks that is a good sign.  As I have said before I also like they are going to Denver and not staying in LA.  

I really don't see an issue with their response to questions on Kimmel, People, GMA etc. They aren't brining these things up randomly they are answering questions.  But I think they have learned they can't win everyone over and some will find issues with no matter what they say or do.  Either they shouldn't say things or if they don't they are being over the top and hiding something.  

I give them a little over 50% shot at getting married which is a higher percent than I normally would guess.  Either way I wish them the best in the future.

Even still, she should be careful the way she is answering those questions. I don't think Mama Higgins would like her poking fun of his breathing. Now, leaving the toilet seat up, I would give her a pass, but the breathing issue isn't really something he can control. Jmo.

If it really bothered Ben I'm sure he would've told her to not comment on his breathing at some point behing closed doors. I don't think it's a big deal at all. I don't think his mom would care about that comment. There's more to be disturbed about like loving two people but breathing hard is far from it.

Mama Higgins needs to step back and let Ben and Lauren set their own relationship standards.  Time to pass the baton...

Personally, I dont care what Mama Higgins would think . Her son is now engaged and whatever jokes they're making between them is none of her business IMO.

Hopefully she realizes that and isn't meddling into their life.

Wow what a finale.

I liked Jojo MTP better than Lauren's. Jojo emotions showed and Ben's parents felt it, her sincerity and genuineness. Lauren declaration of love for Ben to his parents felt rather emotionless and uninspiring, she is tough to read sometimes. But then Lauren's LCD she really laid it all out, it was refreshing to see her emotional side.

The breakup with Jojo was tough to watch I teared up a lot. Ben really did a number on her with the constant ILY's and not having a good enough reason for the breakup.

I also noticed the MEBEN where his explanations to his parents, on aftr, and even the kimmel interview about about how JOjo and Lauren supported him and blah blah. He comes off needy and insecure.

Yeah I also noticed they were not super affectionate on the aftr and on kimmel, and it looks like Lauren is in control. Her remark about I have trained him to let me sleep was telling.

Sorry if this was already addressed but did anyone noticed how different Lauren looked last night on ATFR? I'm not sure if it was the makeup or perhaps she lost weight, but her face looked too...angular? Not sure if that's the right word.

I guess I'm not the only person who noticed too because I just found this image:


Still a beautiful girl no doubt, but I actually prefer her fuller face. She was cuter during the show.

I didn't see anything off and most of the time i can sense it but with these two i have a great feeling. They seem normal and look like they care about and love each other, so they'll make it imo.
And Lauren is more beautiful than she was on the show, Ben's doing a great job.
She's glowing and looking gorgeous in all post show pics and videos.
