LOL. I know. I wish he'd let us see those 18 dresses so we can be the judge of what would've been best.

18 dresses each and they didn't even do a good job of altering JoJo's IMO

In what order do you guys suspect everything will happen during the episode? Two hours is a long time and then one hour AFTR.

First ten minutes will be watch all the I love you from last week and listen to Ben discuss how he's in love with two women and can't make a decision. Then He will spend 5 or more minutes talking with his parents. 10 minutes or so for each girl to meet his parents and give us and Ben their opinions. 15-20 minutes of their last dates. 5 or less minutes with Neil Lane. At least 10-15 minutes of What will I do? What should I do? What is Ben thinking? yada yada yada. 5 - 10 minute break up. 1 minute phone call. 5 -10 minute proposal. All of this is interspersed with Chris Harrison Live talking to the audience "Who do you think he picks?" and the Bach Alum.... A LOT of filler

Jojo's might have been the hardest to alter. Sequins ? Ugh! One false move and it could all unravel. Oops! Was that foreshadowing?

I think I understand why people feel Lauren is emotionless or playing a game, but I don't think it is her fault.  I think it is a problem with the love story and/or storytelling.  

I feel like I don't know her or Ben and they are both presented as so white bread their compatibility is not particularly intetesting, because of the lack of information or development. I feel like I know nothing about their hopes and dreams for marriage together and am struggling to remember one single important conversation on camera that wasn't just about the show.  Maybe these conversations took place, maybe not, but as they weren't shown, I can't use those to inform my opinion.

As a result, it still seems to me that Ben's primary attraction to Lauren is shallow and physical - not meaning chemistry or sensuality (those go to Jojo because she is at least portrayed with personality) - but very much stuck in this ethereal realm of first impression or love at first sight i.e. Ben is enchanted with her as if she is a Goddess sent down to Earth, not in love with her as a real, flawed person. That he cannot or will not articulate why he loves her is not a sign of specialness IMO, but of immaturity and infatuation.
