I believe I have a match: the thing to the right of Ben's head is that jar on the nightstand.
There is a candle in it that gives off a glow. If you blow up the jar the pattern seems to be an exact match. Ben's head must be on a pillow. In viewing the video there seems to be a small amount of color on one side of the pillow: maybe the backside of one of the pillows that is on the bed?

I think Ben would notice this but IMO we need to keep in mind the sequence of FD. I ran through known home town dates (pinpointed by observers) and feel that the earliest FD could have been 11/7 (based on observations by 3rd parties). There was not enough time after the last HTD to travel to LA, do a RC, travel to Jamaica and have an FD before 11/7 and  then do a FD on 11/7 and from date content we know that 11/7 was Calia's FD. We know there was another FD on 11/9 and that content was observed and we now know (from the episode description) that 11/9 was JoJo. The last date wasn't observed but has to have been Lauren's because she's the only one left.

So when Ben sees that Lauren got the best accommodations he's already had the other 2 dates. It will not be shown that way because while whatever happens on those dates happened before Laiuren's date they want viewers to believe it happened after Lauren's date to cast doubt about what happens with Lauren.

Also - while we've been seeing / hearing Lauren profess her love for Ben since Warsaw - Ben hasn't. They have kept her from telling him this even though she said she wanted to on the HTD. Why? IMO because they fear if Ben hears that clearly from Lauren before his dates with the other two girls he's going to have a very difficult time compartmentalizing his feelings - he'd do better if he is uncertain about Lauren. And they would have been whispering in Ben's ear to create doubts over how Lauren feels about him to keep him off balance - and from shutting down. They are very good about doing things like this - much better than Ben is about figuring out he's being played by the producers.

IMO whatever happens on those other two dates happens before Ben learns how Lauren feels. IMO once he does learn is when he realizes he's put himself into a corner and the rest of the season will leave Ben trying to get out of that corner.

We will see JoJo's FD aired last but IMO it was not filmed last - IMO filming order was Caila (11/7) JoJo (11/9) and Lauren (11/11). There just wasn't enough time for a FD and day off before 11/7, so Ben could not have heard anything Lauren says until after he had already had two other FD. And IMO it was the producers (not Lauren's Dad's concerns) that kept Lauren from telling Ben she's in love with him on the HTD as she had planned.

One other thing to consider as we watch the FD next Monday. Many previous leads have described how stressful this part of filming is. Weight loss, skin breakouts, hair loss and physical and emotional exhaustion are just a few of the things I've heard them mention. The show could make this easier on the lead but they don't want to - they want the lead stressed out and vulnerable to their manipulations. IMO we should expect to see some changes - and weirdness - in Ben's body language from now on because of the state he's in now and those changes started with the first FD on 11/7.
