The Bachelor 20 - Ben Higgins - F1 to F4 - *Sleuthing - Spoilers* - #2

I'd rather be told ILY and dumped than to be slept with and dumped. Either one of those would be hard to deal with though since most would probably assume they're the F1. The worst would be if both happened to you and then you got dumped.

I hope all future contestants now realize that the lead can sleep with you and they can tell you they love you and you still may not be the F1. Always be skeptical!

And if that doesn't work you can always tell them off camera to eff themselves. :Nod:

I have less problem with the Bach telling multiples bachettes that he loves them, than sleeping with several of all of the F3.

I think a person can feel love in different ways, and just because you love someone doesn't mean that you want to marry them, or that you love them like a spouse. A person could even be "in love" with someone, love them dearly, and yet not think they should marry them.

On the other hand, I think sexual intimacy should be between adults in a exclusive, committed, hopefully lifelong, but at the very least long term, relationship. As the Bach and his F1 are not yet exclusive during the show, it would ick me out to know they slept with more than just their "winner".

Worst is sleeping with the other two and then declaring "it's always been you" at the FRC. That's just barf. If the lead sleeps with multiple people then he better be in love with them, since that would make it at least a bit less sleazy. Then again I don't think it's fair to say ILY to someone you're not gonna pick in the end, so really they shouldn't be doing either.

I could swear I saw a preview earlier in the season in which Ben was on a balcony, gripping the railing and crying or at least looking anguished.  I could see that being called a 3/4 Mesnick, because he didn't quite lean over the railing as much.  Am I dreaming?

I think there was one also. I looked earlier and got sidetracked.

I saw it too!!  Maybe they are waiting until next week to release the epic meltdown video.  On a video shot at the Janner/20 event CH seemed to indicate the 3/4 Mesnick was about the sobbing.  But then again that was CH so who knows.

Now that you mentioned sleeping with them, did anyone determine why Ben was wearing a backpack when leaving Jojo's FSD, but didn't have it with Cailia(sp?) or Lauren? It was brought up in one these threads yesterday.

What was he wearing?? Sounds familiar .. A green shirt??
