RJ I really appreciate what you are sharing with us, but am curious. Not sure if you mentioned it previously, but do you know Becca yourself or just know people who know her? Either way, I don't think she is going to come out of this looking as good. Nick had nowhere to go but up after his first season. Becca I suspect has nowhere to go but down after hers.

Everything you have told us makes me question her even more. She doesn't seem to know what she wants. She may be telling people she wants to settle down, but her actions don't. Someone earlier mentioned that she seems to be trying to convince herself and I tend to agree. The fact that she was willing to become the Bette after admitting that the whole process was too quick for her and that she is back again, not to mention her actions post show...the people she is hanging around with...makes me think she is looking for attention rather than a husband.

TPTB love to expose weaknesses in the edit and she is ripe for it. Unlike Nick, who had already dealt with the negativity and who doesn't seem to care, she clearly does or she would not have come here to defend herself. Unfortunately for her, what was said a few days ago was really tame and if that is already bothering her, she better grow a thicker skin because it will only get worse.

I know Becca personally and we have mutual friends/acquaintances. She was the last of those other 3 to sign the papers. She had to think about it.

I think if she wanted a real relationship, she would have tried dating Jared who she had some interest in , and not compete for Ben with 25+ others. Anyone who truly wanted a relationship, has a better chance with someone in real life. She might think she wants that with Ben but the chance of that happening art likely and she'll be left worse than before.

If she was F3, she would have been the Bachelorette. She was one of only a handful of girls that signed papers. It wasn't a contract or anything, but it was for only the people they considered. Kaitlyn and Britt obviously signed them, Becca did, and one other. I believe it was Carly, but I'm not positive.

Molly mesnick and RS both revealed back in March that she signed a "contract". RS said that they do that a lot and it's just for negotiation purposes; from what he's heard, the fan response to her wasn't strong enough for her to ever get it even if she hadn't been F2 and she didn't really have that "promiscuous" quality that leads need. I've only heard Molly's statement secondhand, but she apparently heard she was their pick before the season started but the fan response to Kaitlyn was so strong, they went with her instead.

I personally agree with both. No way she would have gotten it if she was f3 or f4. There wasn't really anyone pushing for her to be lead by the end and she just isn't going to do what leads are expected to do.

Becca couldnt be the lead. It would of defeated the purpose of her storyline.
