Yeah it seems like things have changed drastically since Emily's season. However, if you look at casting still most seem to be turning toward family life and jobs. They aren't all floating around.

It's really a shame that most of these crop of young 20 something ladies that have recently been on the show don't seem to care about having a college education, and real jobs.... We are subjected to the wanna be models, actress, lifestyle and fashion bloggers, and the free spirits.... But I guess the show is a better fit for such contestants who are looking to capitalise on sm following and fame to build their brands and jump start some sort of a reality TV career..

Considering who RS spoiled today, both those girls are on TV and now going for more, this time Reality-TV - not that different from Becca.
Degree or no degree this show seems to limit themselves to a pool of specific contestant types.
So having now seen that the 2 spoiled contestants are on TV already, I am fine with Becca getting more of hers.
Heck, Ben doesn't need this show either.
As long as it is not over-sexed like Kaitlyn's season I am all for it at this point.
To me, Kaitlyn's season, while melodramatic/controversial/sex-centric, is actually my personal definition of boring. :Nod:

What I try to keep in mind, is this show is not what it originally portrayed itself as: a dating experiment with a lead cast dating 25 from the opposite sex.  Back then I did perceive it as a reality tv show with certain machinations. 
Now(probably since Jesse Palmer's season) I see it as becoming more and more scripted, with much of the cast having ulterior motives other than a prospective relationship. 
So as long as I keep that in mind, I am ok. It's just another silly show.

^Two contestants. They are in the Bachelor Ben Contestant Thread.

I wouldn't lump everyone in the same category. Yes there are those that like the limelight post show but most of them go to work and get back to normal lives.

25 contestants 20 seasons, there isn't 500 people out of this franchise that are successful because of being on this show. There are those like Jillian Harris who work their butts off, and then there are those who like to promote products and attend any function they can to keep their face in the media.

Becca IMO is one of them who will try to continue to live that lifestyle. I think marriage isn't on her agenda in the near future. Remember ChrisB's open letter of resignation. I think Becca is heading down that path. She wants to be liked, she wants to be in the limelight, popular and in with the big dogs.
