I don't even think it's about PDA as much as it is keeping some things to each other, not over sharing, etc. The occasional photo is nice, I don't need to know their every move and I like that they don't feel the need to put it all out there. If you're secure in yourself and what you have, then you don't need to seek out validation from complete strangers.

One of the most popular discussions on this forum is what the couple or cast puts out in the public and the negative/positive reactions. If you refrain from putting much out there, you limit the reactions.

I would totally agree with you regarding bolbed if it wasn't for Chris not refraining from showing his emotions/affection during the Bachelorette and Bachelor seasons with the other women.
Also posting a YouTube video regarding his ex and his feelings for her doesn't tell me he's that shy of a guy and doesn't call for privacy.
I believe that, when Chris REALLY feels something, it shows and he's expressing it. IMO.

He was fulfilling a "role he signed up for. Perhaps as another poster stated, he is respecting Whitney and her feelings or perhaps when this is "real life" he takes it more seriously.

Andy and Jesse are to varying degrees players and the rest have, well, issues. Sometimes a person is better off not having so much national exposure, least what eventually ends up exposed isn't exactly a sign of being good relationship material. Andy is in the best position of the bunch, I think, to end up in a solid marriage and relatively soon.

With Chris, I haven't seen anything to suggest he isn't good relationship material, for the right person. But, I also readily admit that I haven't been following very closely, so maybe I've missed things.

^ I give the same advice to my daughter- pay close attention to how a man treats his mother and sisters- the earliest and strongest influences in shaping his view of women-because it will tell you a lot about how he will treat you. Chris has a lot of respect and love for his mother and sisters

I believe Chris did some questionable things during filming and post show. I still don't think they will make it but time will tell. Not sure Chris's heart is in the right place. I truly hope Whit knows what she is doing. She is a big girl and it is her life. Time will tell but I doubt these two make it down the aisle. All JMHO.

If they don't make it with each other, chalk it up to another growth lesson in life. So far things look like they are working out. Onto real life now.

Whatever questionable things he may have done, obviously it's not a concern to Whitney. I'm not sure what the time limit is on a couple when we can stop saying I hope they make it. Aren't they making it now?

If we are referring to they make it as in they get married, IMO that's still not a definite 100% guaranteed situation. They are done with DWTS, they are travelling back and forth to from Chicago/Arlington, he's posting lovey dovey which is what some were hoping to see, seem's it's all good to me. yes

If they get married and break up after 20 yrs are we still going to say, see they didn't make it? JMHO on how I see things the way they are right now.

That's a pretty good photo op that we got here. Back in the game, the show must go on until the flag drops.
Last week, when everything looked so doomed for them, I was thinking, the only way they could stop the rumors would be a nice picture of Whitney on Chris laps in the tractor. Bingo ! We got the shot with the tractor (no lap seating though, too promiscuous ? J/K)...

As for the picture of the lovey dovey couple posing, except for the tractor, I have the same one of my brother and I. Looks like good friends on this picture.
So yeah, I am not convinced that this couple is the real deal.
If I hear Chris talking with passion about W, if I see sparkles in his eyes about her, if I see him really embracing her on the pictures and behaving like a newly engaged man enamored with his fiancé, well then I could believe it's there. But not right now.

Sorry to rain on the avid fans' parade but I can't see through these rose-colored glasses...
There's still some explaining to do as to why Chris didn't rush to his beloved after DWTS elimination after quite some time apart and went to a premiere in LA instead.

Regarding the bolded: Do you mean like Andi did with Josh??? Well that didn't turned out to be the real deal either. giggling
