I have been given information and was asked to share with the forum. Thank you for this information, and anyone who shares information with us, it's appreciated.  

Apparently, Chris's mother has a very good friend. Chris' mother mentioned to her friend he will not be home for Thanksgiving as he will be in Chicago. Chris also told his mother's friend he won't be home for Thanksgiving because he'll be in Chicago. The sisters were apparently home in Iowa for TG.

The mother’s friend lives approximately one mile away. She apparently saw a blonde over there but didn’t know who it was. When she was introduced as being from Chicago, the mothers friend felt that Whitney is F1.

I don't know what "saw a blonde over there" means. If it was from a distance, although one mile away is pretty far, or if this friend was at the Soule's home.

I don't know what "when she was introduced as being from Chicago" means, I'm assuming it means when the show aired unless this lady was there during MTP which was filmed before TG.

I'm the guilty party. Thanks for looking it up. It's now as clear as mud.

She was already in love, she was willing to move to Iowa without seeing the place. There was no problem there for Chris or Whitney. Whitney was all in so it didn't matter if he lived in a hole she was in it to the end. Whitney problem was Chris choosing her in the end. That was her only problem.

Although Chris knew he had Whitney to the end, he was still pursuing Becca. I don't know whether he was asked by TPTB to push Becca for some sort of declaration of love on their LCD. What is amazing is that Chris was crying in a screencap/video wearing the same clothes form Becca LCD. Why was he crying if he had already decided to pick Whitney.

IMO Chris was at a point from what I saw on my tv of giving up all his declarations of having a wife and her moving to the farm immediately for Becca until he was told to think logically by producers and his sisters.

He was insecure that Whitney wouldn't leave the job that she loved and had passion for. He had questioned himself if he should even ask her to make that sacrifice. It wasn't about whether she would move there without seeing it. It was about Chris wanting her to see it and be prepared for what moving to Arlington, Iowa really meant. He wanted Whitney to have all the info she needed.

We would have to know exactly what Chris was crying about and when. I don't put a lot of weight in Chris' tears. He'd been crying for weeks over sending girls home. Which IMO is exactly what Chris did the night of the LCD. He said goodbye to Becca. Becca showing up at the FRC was just a formality.

IMO, Chris had been thinking logically through out filming. His head was doing a little spinning in Bali but after what had happened in the 2 weeks prior and the week in Bali who can blame him. First, one of his top girls was proven to be a liar and a game player. Right after that another top contender shows him her nude photos, :shocked!: and then Becca finally tells him she's a virgin. I think my head would be spinning too and I would be questioning myself big time.

There are a couple of things that he said on GMA that stuck with me... He told Lara Spencer that his connection with Whitney happened very early on. Based on what he said after his sit down with her during the meet and greet I concur with what he said. He also said that once he returned to Iowa and his family, they gave him the clarity he needed about his decision. That doesn't sound like his family forced him to pick Whitney, it sounds like they just confirmed that his decision was the right one in their eyes.

Agreed. We know that all of the contestants are required to fill out extensive written questionnaires, undergo psych evaluations and endless handler interviews - no debate. We can also all agree that the dates are planned in great detail well in advance. 

The producers certainly knew they would be filming at Chris's former high school where he played football and that the date would include attending a football game. Securing a letter jacket for him to give to the contestant attending is a no-brainer. 

The producers certainly know each contestant's birthday as we have seen many leads provide a gift, flowers, cake, etc. Does anyone really think the lead runs out wherever they are filming to pick up a little something?   TPTB even provide the lead with local currency to make purchases on the "shopping" dates. 

But we can still continue to beat any and all proverbial horses until the cows come home. It's what makes the forum fun. Hehe.

Yep. Plus Neil isn't spoon fed what to say even though he benefits from the free product placement. I actually looked back at what he said about other Bachelor's and he doesn't use the same words every time. Here's what Neil Lane said about Sean:

From what I remember from past seasons, most of the bach/ettes are an emotional wreck towards the end of filming. They have been "on" for weeks, trying to juggle dates, drama, emotions, lack of sleep, nervousness, hurting the final women, etc. So to me, the LCD and night before proposal nights are the culmination of all of that and the emotion/crying many of them exhibit are more about that than conflicted emotion about who should be number 1. I pay little attention to the crying sessions at that point - I really think it is mostly about a release of emotion that are strung so tight at that point.
