What I don't understand is why TPTB would do this to Kaitlyn and possibly the ratings. Bizarre.

On another note -- I do think Jill and Ali's seasons where it was a "she picks no one" spoiler that was out, right?? the buzz was very high!! the ratings were good, right? at least that's what I remember.

I hope RS is partially right that she didn't choose any, but I hope she decided to date either one or both outside of the show.

Maybe they which they had given the gig to Britt? So they intend to run the bus over Kait, many times over this season.

I'm pretty sure Ali was the highest rated ever and she too "chose no one." So I guess it doesn't matter to them whether or not it's real that the lead is single, people will watch anyway.

The she chooses no one IMO just draws more to watch to see if in fact she chooses no one. There's that side of the coin as well.

I actually was speculating that the "she chose no one" was fantastic for ratings given how WELL those seasons did - they were also held together by a very popular lead which K is. now Ali actually did chose someone so it was a fantastic "fairytale" surprise ending for viewers while K if she actually didn't chose anyone would get a lot of negative press...but the pre ending buzz will not be different... as long as they throw in info to mislead

At the same time I'm suspicious about the spoilers and their correlation with each other via RS
- both got rejected
- one or two proposed
- nick is mad

this does NOT sound like a contestant source from one of the F2 IMHO and sounds very much like a production source with the possibility of it being a foiler. JMHO. unless it is a kaitlyn source which again has a possibility of it being a foiler. at the same time the media rounds from K and her non "love glow" look is making me think RS might have got a good production source this time. will be watching closely for how the clues connect moving forward keeping in mind the fact that it's already a season of foilers...

This is all very interesting. I find it a fascinating combination...from the great pre-show sleuthing, to Kait's post show demeanor, to the recently revealed RS spoilers. I, for one, am looking forward to watching how this all plays out.

Well, what is truly weird is that she was willing to get engaged to CS but not to one of the f2? Not to Nick who she knew really well and came on the show to win her and not Shawn where they mutually claim it's love at first sight? It's so weird!!

I'm so disappointed if this is all true. Kaitlyn was my favorite last season and I eas rooting for here. And hey, maybe none of the guys were right for her - if that's the case - fine. But this just screams her chance at being in the spotlight for me.

I have a totally different perspective of Kaitlyn from watching the Ryan Seacrest interview today. Totally different. I believe she was edited last season to be the lead and that edit was not a true picture of who she really is or what she wants in life. Big surprise.
