Bachelor 19 - Whitney Bischoff #2

From a mans point of view, successful men want to be partnered with successful women. We men like to look up to our wives and their accomplishments in life. Both he and Whitney have been committed to hard work and success in their own fields.
TB knew this was happening and pulled Britt into the picture to cover up C and W. They do it every year. At Chris's age and experience, Britt was a play toy, but not a serious prospect. Iowa is likely full of those like Britt.

We all saw the results of the wedding crashing and realized what we saw was very special had just taken place. The looks on their faces, his reaction to her and the statement, it was not just the date that was special, but the special one was Whitney.

When you stop and think about it, ladies like Whitney are few and fare between. She is not all messed up and certainly uses the head on her shoulders. She is the real catch of the 30 women.

I suspect that Chris has discussed this with Sean and I think that's exactly the advice Sean would have given him; fly Whitney out for the show and the weekend and then fly back to Chicago for a semi normal work week (there's tons of Chicago to LA flights!).

DWTS is such a wonderful opportunity that helps you as a person (physically challenging, mentally challenging, socially challenging) that I can't imagine having the chance to do it and turning it down.

I have shared this before but believe that it's worth repeating in light of Cameron's post. Here's what Chris wrote in episode 4 blog:

"My sisters Lori and Lisa both live in the Chicago area, but Jaci flew all the way from Ireland just to meet these girls. I should take this opportunity to explain to you what a huge influence my sisters have had on my life. I learned everything I know, especially about women, from them. They're all successful, smart, beautiful, and they're great wives and mothers. I think one of the reasons I'm still single is because I'm constantly trying to find women who live up to the examples they've set for me, and that's not easy to find. They're truly phenomenal women."

I immediately thought 2 things after reading the above ... 1) what a wonderful ode to his sisters, and 2) a private shout-out to Whitney. BTW... his blog 4 is the ONLY blog that he did not mention Whitney by name.

We ALL didn't see that on the wedding crashers date. Some of us thought Chris was drunk. If true about Britt.. that was pretty risky and insensitive of Chris not to let Whitney in on it, seeing as how she was in tears.

In fact .. Fleismeister just posted that for the first time ever . It is a split decision per Bach Nation .. Won't know for sure until she is actually introduced

Yeah...I don't buy that at all. He posted very similar tweets when they were deciding on Chris vs. Arie, and we found out later that Chris had been decided on a while ago. He just does that to keep everybody riled up and to generate interest. I would be shocked if they haven't decided by now (because it affects the way that they edit the WTA) and I would be really surprised if RS got it wrong. Whenever he confirms a lead, he's pretty much always been right. The only time he was wrong was Roberto, and I think that they did really want him initially and/or things fell through. Plus, if Britt had even a .00001% chance of still being the lead, I don't think RS would have confirmed Kaitlyn.

I still am totally convinced Chris chose Whitney.
I do think Kaitlyn is the next Bachelorette.
I think Chris would be crazy not to do DWTS. Let's be realistic. They're not going to get married next month and have a baby right away. This is a fun opportunity. The stars all seem to have a ball and become good friends. And the extra money is a great nest egg if they do get married.

My apologizes go to Chris. Early in the show, I said he was a pretty lousy actor. When we look at his total piece of work, he has done very well. I am sure he has had a lot of fun smooching all the girls, but he was certainly convincing to most, that he was not true to Whitney. I believe that it will come out, that he was absolutely enthralled with Whitney very early on and had to act very convincingly that Britt and then Becca were serious contenders.

I think that Britt could sense he was simply using here and became afraid he would dump her. When she was gone, someone had to take her place and that was Becca. Both are really nice young ladies, just not at the right time of their lives to match up with Whitney.
