I am not good with being a Bach historian, but it was said on the Becca thread that the F1 frequently gets the boat date on the LCD, both Cat and Josh did. With the LCDs in Iowa, there won't be any boat dates for LCD, so I feel we can add fact that Whit got the FD boat date as a point in her column.

^Cat didn't get a boat date on her LCD. They were on a boat and went snorkeling for her FD. The LCD for her was knocking an item off her bucket list with the elephant riding.

Hey guys, first time posting on this forum, but I just had to because I absolutely adore Whitney. There is just something about her that you can't but root for her happiness.

I just watched the FD dinner portion preview on ABC.com and it looks like they are trying to make it look worse than it probably is! They are 'stretching' trying to make it look like an obstacle.

I wanted to ask if anyone noticed in that preview that after Chris said, "it's probably my biggest insecurity about our relationship." She leans her head to the side and shakes her head as if he's crazy to even think that and then they cut it to another moment in their convo. They are definitely making this a problem that isn't even there. She's already told his friends what her opinion is on this subject. Chris is just so into her that he wants to make sure she has a clear picture of what his life is like. I think he's afraid that someone like her is not going to think that he's enough to keep her around in Iowa. IMO.

I truly can see Chris and Whitney as two of the most mature people ever to come on this show. Yes, he can act a little goofy, but I really see them as two grown ups who are at a time in their lives where they know themselves, know what they want and are ready to make the necessary compromises to make it work. They just seem to compliment one another.

One thing I have to say about Whitney. She is turning into one of my all time favourites to ever come out of this show. Not because she is the most beautiful, or has the most compelling story, or is the funniest, but because in all my years watching this show, I have never seen a woman act as grown up as she is. She does not make a spectacle of herself in any way, shape or form. She is mature. She is smart. She is kind. She is thoughtful. She is successful and passionate about her career. She acts her age. She knows what she wants and she goes out and gets it...without apologies and with strength and grace and a maturity and elegance that is beyond refreshing on this train wreck of a show. I can understand why Chris may wonder if she is too good to be true and why she would want to go live on a farm in Arlington. If he manages to get the girl and make this work long term, he will really go up in my estimation...and I already find him to be one of my favourites. You go farmer and make that woman happy!

Yes! I really do hope this one works out and they go off and live their lives, get married, and have those babies.

In my years of watching the Bachelor, two people stand out as people that command our attention. One was Chris Lambton, a gentleman that was worth watching. Even today, I will check in to see what he and Peyton are up to.

The other is Whitney. She is so chrismatic and I would guess she is a person most would like to have for a friend. We are surely going to wait for several years before someone pops up that is so enjoyable to watch and observe.
