Bachelor 19 - Chris Soules - Discussion - #2

^Seems there were several at the event form the pictures I've seen floating around Instagram. I can only imagine the Q&A he had was one where he was treated with kid gloves and only asked superficial questions.

I saw one of them.....seems a girl posted on twitter that she asked him about the 'juan pablo' cow that he was given by Jimmy Kimmel at the ATFR, she said he told the audience he wasn't able to keep it.

IMO it would be really boring post Bachelor/Bachelorette - to be asked, like you said, superficial questions for the rest of their 15 minutes of fame. That's got to get really old after awhile. 
I don't understand why anyone would actually PAY for an event to see a contestant of that show? I would go to see someone like Josh Murray, Nick Viall, Sean Lowe, etc if it was free maybe and I didn't have anything else to do - but to actually pay? I don't get it.....

I was personally surprised he had as many fans as he did before Whitney.

To me there was no draw other than people liked him because he was going to be the next TB. Kind of like like the new clothes the emperor had on--even though he was really naked. Then when the show is over and he is prancing around being himself, whoopsie doodle that guy's ding-a-ling is hanging out.

The problem is that for many these are the closest to "Hollywood" they will ever get and want a brush with someone famous, if that is what we would call him.

Sadly, sometimes there is nothing to redeem.  What you see is what you get or what you saw on the show and liked is a highly edited version to make the person more like-able.  There is always some true character shining threw on the show, whether good or bad.  And normally it's pretty easy to figure out a person's true character and intentions after the season finishes airing and real life is resumed, or in this case avoided to continue his already overextended time in the spotlight.  JMHO, of course.

All the sleuthing done on him during Andi's season produced facts. DUI etc. During airing of that season, we saw a little temper tantrum Oscar performance and kept that info in our back pockets. Once he was announced as TB, many, including myself gave him the benefit of the doubt. Once it started to air, I and others, questioned what his motives were still giving him the benefit of the doubt.

Not seeing a love story between him and his F1, I didn't really care what happened, as I lost all interest especially watching him on DWTS and his behaviour.

We come full circle to the sleuthing done during Andi's season, and IMO, the facts stick. He didn't mature, he didn't learn from his mistakes, he's full of himself. JMHO

Just saw the new advert for FarmersOnly.com and it poked fun at Chris with a "Hollywood" sign saying along the lines ...no surprise his engagement did not last.

Very interesting ad ??? Chris authenticity about really wanting a wife and being on the farm

He is no Oliver Wendel Douglas.
