"Birdies That Care" was a fundraising program created by PGA TOUR player and Cedar Rapids native Zach Johnson and his wife Kim, along with Transamerica. Founded in 2005, the program raised almost $900,000 for community agencies serving children in need. On July 1, 2014, the program transitioned into the Kids on Course College Scholarship Program. Awesome, he made it back to Iowa, now he just needs to realize that gold involves hitting a little ball with those big clubs. Wonder if he is any better at golf than dancing?

Yep, Cedar Rapids is pretty proud of Zach Johnson, and they should be. He's such a great guy.... this tournament is pretty fun. I'm going so I'll see if I get any stories for you - surely i'll run into Chris in a beer tent

I meant no insult to Zach Johnson at all, I have heard he is a good guy, just had no idea he is from Iowa. Lurker, your state looks beautiful BTW, enjoy!

Does he actually golf? I've never seen him golfing, or talk about golf. I'd love to watch him in that tourney just for the heck of it.

If he was dressed like that at the golf courses around my area, he'd be asked to leave.

He could not wear that attire on a course around me either. You can wear shorts, but not tee shirts. It must be a collared shirt.
