It may have legal implications or not, but if privacy settings aren't tight, everyone and anyone can see things on sm that tell you about a person. 
I know it's used as another tool whether it's for employment, college admissions, etc. 
It simply is.

Ok, ok, but what's so damning about Andi on social media? I just don't see anything offensive that prevents her from securing any employment. I do admit, I don't understand how law seqways to fashion design, but also admit I don't much about her background, talents and interests.

Oh, that I can't answer because I don't employ anyone and am not looking to do so. I guess that would depend on who was viewing and for what purpose. It's subjective. 
She has not posted anything objectionable, IMO.

I just see Andi as a fake. It's just hard for me to see her as someone to take seriously about anything unless it's about her. It's just her dna, IMO of course.

Surely true, but if it happens in reality (i.e., someone is turned down a job for information on Social Media), and s/he is a member of a protected class (race, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, and still more) s/he ought to contact a lawyer. The situation is completely exaggerated including very specifically as others note as to any of these cast members. There is nothing on public sites to be embarrassed about in seeking employment, that isn't already a complete part of any candidacy (she got engaged to someone she met on a reality show that's out there for everyone to see anyway). In my view, I completely reject any suggestion that Andi or Josh have somehow crossed a line jeopardizing employment prospects in their social media posts. Even all that Advocate spam. As much as it offends me. It just shows a sales person hustling a network. Andi hanging out with friends, dancing to TS, etc. She already trashed prospects for a straight-up legal career far from social media, IMO before it got to that sort of Good Fun.

Most users don't understand or properly use privacy settings on SM sites, that is completely true. Used properly, they are very trustworthy. But they are so granular and complex at this point, that people get sloppy and confused or inattentive, and I don't disagree many a career could be derailed by that.

And colleges can look at whatever they like.

Just a question for those more in the know than myself...

Does Andi have any friends other than these girls who she met on JPab's season? I know she went to some wedding or other with Josh this past summer, but, I really don't recall her talking/posting much about anyone other than these women.
