Not saying this is the same girl, but this might be the same day/date. Chris is wearing the same colored shirt. The lady in both scs are wearing pearl stud earrings. There appears to be a vertical seam running down each of the ladies' tops (not a side seam, but a back seam) so it could be the same woman.
Actually, after looking at it for awhile, I think it is the same woman. The earlobes are shaped similar, the brows, the high cheekbone, the part and coloring of the hair.

Possible choices: 1) Whitney 2) Tandra 3) Jordan 4) Megan Bell is my guess.

Looks like a girl on the right has the FIR.
It is a brunette in red and it looks like she is the woman in the formal group portrait who is 2 from Chris' right hand and 2 from him on our left. (between gal in white and black dress in front row)
