My point is Ashlee,IMO, made up something out of nothing, just to hurt Sean back,  because he didn't reciprocate her hmmm.. "LUVVV"!!

Andi was kind to her F2 by letting him go before the FRC.  And I still think Andi was an awesome 'rette,  not perfect, but still awesome.  Things happened post show, IMO, contributed to her demeanor at the ATFR.

I don't disagree, I was not an AshLee fan at all.

My point is that Sean handled his F2 and F3 with kindness and understanding that he had the power and broke their hearts.  Andi did not show that same kindness.  You and others thinks she did and excuse her because of Nick's actions.  As I said you made my point, AshLee attacked Sean on live tv and he was nothing but graceful.  Andi did not handle the same situation with the same kindness and grace.  

BTW, Nick was not completely innocent.

Truthfully this is all months ago now and they have moved on, so hopefully we can too!

I still think Vivi's point is valid. When you compare the two situations, they're completely different. Sean was able to be sweet to Lindsay because she was sweet to him. She didn't try to see him after the show completed. She didn't write him a letter telling him she still loved him, thought the decision he made was a mistake and mentioned the importance their relationship played in her life. Like I've stated before Sean and Lindsay left each other under interesting circumstances because of some of the words Sean chose to use. She respected him enough to be happy for him and to let it go. You could tell that she genuinely cared for him. Nick did the opposite of that.

In regards to crazy AshLee, what she did also doesn't compare to what Nick did. AshLee said that Sean said something that there was no real proof of and it was just ridiculous. She didn't tell the world Sean had sex with her and she didn't track him down for a couple of months either or bad mouth him and his fiancée on a plane and spoiled the ending.

There were far more issues Andi had to deal with than Sean. I guess for me, your points would ring more true if I thought Andi did anything awful at the ATFR because in my opinion, she handled it just fine. It was someone else who didn't. We all talk about moving on, but we're all here on the thread talking about it. Kind of hard to stop when it's always brought up.

Thankfully, it appears Andi and Josh are doing well together as a couple. I'm looking forward to seeing what their big announcement will be. I personally think it's just going to be that they're 100% televising the wedding.

ITA, Sprite. I guess I'll never understand Andi's POV or actions on the show & afterward and have already said I disagreed with some of what Nick did. Josh wasn't perfect either. In any case they all seem to be okay now.

A lot of us did see the love story between Andi and Josh not that Andi and Nick didn't have a connection as well.  So I wonder if the Nick edit came about because TPTB didn't have any other drama in the house except for Nick being confident.  Almost all other seasons they had a "villain" with drama in the house but this group of guys seemed to all get along.  

Personally I'd rather not have all the drama but apparently that is what a lot of people viewing it want.

I totally agree.  I saw the love the story between Andi and Josh from the beginning.  Nick got an awful edit.... remember "tricky Nicky?"  No way the final 1 ever gets that sort of edit.

TPTB are all about drama and villains.  Nick was the villain.  He knew it too.  Drama sells , not showing Josh and Andi happy and "all over each other!"  ABC will make up for not spending much time with the happy couple by televising their wedding.  Don't worry they will find a way to capitalize and I for one will be very happy about that.  I believe an announcement is coming soon.  ;)

ITA. ABC will definitely make up for it for the wedding. Who knows, they might actually show the ceremony and reception as Josh and Andi said they wanted. I mean it's only fair - to somehow kind of erase the damage done in the AFR by having the most awesome televised wedding in Bachelor/ette history!

Per the bolded, don't forget about Ben's season. Courtney was one of the worst villains to appear on the show (she is the ONLY F1 to ever appear at a WTA/MTA) and she ended up as F1, so it is not unprecedented that the villain wins the season.

Very true. I always thought that they trashed Courtney because they thought Ben was a complete jerk during filming but there could be more to it that just that. It may be a little known fact about Courtney but in 2005 she appeared (partnered with Mark Hewlett - a radio and TV personality in NZ) in a New Zealand TV program named Treasure Island: Couples At War. The theme of the 2005 show?

"This time the theme is "Couples At War" and over 10 weeks the eight well-known couples do everything except literally tear each other apart. Right from the first moment when the couples are told that the island reef is too treacherous for boats, the conflict begins. Treasure Island has never seen as much aggression, manipulation, back-stabbing and over-whelming desire to win the $50,000 prize. The contestants must discover the secret of of Treasure Island and find the buried treasure."

So Courtney had a good deal of experience in a very snarky and competitive reality TV show years before she was cast for TB and while I was never able to actually find footage from that show I was able to found out this much. Given that history though it never came as any surprise to me that she acted the way she did nor that they edited her the way they did - she simply gave them so much material most likely not really understanding that TB was a very different show than Couples At War.

The producers and assistants probably do not love Andi enough for them to not goad Nick into asking the question. It was also TBTP who encouraged Eric to ask why she seemed to be 'acting' her way through the process. And I don't think tv wedding is necessary. Her season is the lowest rated season in the history of this franchise, and they are not a 'well loved' couple only tolerated. They could get married a week or a month after hooking up for all I care I just think Andi could be a mother in law's nightmare. She was already showing her bratty ways at hometowns with Josh' parents. Questioning their ways about their football obsessed traditions and Josh' younger brother's career. Im sure Josh's parents were delighted upon hearing Nick's revelation. Andi could be a challenge as a daughter in law to say the least plus having her father as an in law.. ugh.

For someone who is a selfish, arrogant jerk she handled it the way she sees fit, but if you are a humane, compassionate, humble  individual its not the way to handle Eric, Juan Pablo and Nick.  The proof is in the pudding,  if she handled it "right"  TBTP  would not have been goading Nick to reveal that she had sex with him.


Just to be sure maybe we should  ask the mother of Nick and the mother of Josh if she really handled it well.  Her stuck up face alone showed so much of her attitude.   She handled everything wrong.  Because she has the wrong attitude about other people, about her misplaced entitlement and about her "I have used you.. now go away" general aura during Juan Pabs and her season...

although I give her credit for not losing it in the AFTR.. now that is having a thick skin.

AshLee is totally crazy though. There's no reasoning with crazy.

Without a doubt, her action at the WTA was the result of TPTB "stirring the pot" so to speak, because they had more chance to succeed with Ashlee than with Lindsay. (@taking the bait)

I really don't think they even had to stir the pot with AshLee. She had her life with Sean all planned out since the first date pretty much, and when he dumped her she looked ready to kill him. She was gonna accuse him of something no matter what, because he "abandoned her" like everyone else.

Nick however is not crazy and I highly doubt he would've brought up the sex had she shown some kindness towards him. But then again I'm one of those who don't think it was prompted by TPTB.

I won't have a problem as a viewer  if the F2  is some kind of lothario or a natural playboy  who can have sex with multiple women and not feel anything after that.   There are men and women who handle having sex  than say Andi who seemed to be expert at having casual sex and not attach any kind of feelings with it.

It is just NOT your journey it is also the journey of some real person having real human feelings about the process and about you.  How dare you say it's just your process doing things that's only RIGHT FOR YOU .  I just hate hate this kind of reasoning because it's so selfish and so incosiderate.   Granting that you are the lead and these are just your pawns but will it kill you to have some basic human decency to at least cushion the blow of your rejection because YOU KNOW that the way you view sex is different from how this less experienced person view sex.  

I was never a fan of YAWN  but I respect that he didnt treat his harem of women as sex objects to be test driven, because it was his season and he has the option to.  Can you imagine if Yawn had sex with Ashleee???   You will not hear the end of it.  Some people go unhinged when sex are mixed with extreme emotions.   Andi was lucky she only got a jab that was festering in his mind for months.

And to add insult to injury  " No I never loved you, that was why I was careful not to say it"...  what kind of person is Andi really,  a disgusting selfish self centered dbag.  If a man says that to a woman after  "making love"...  

'Hey Miss I didnt love you, I just made sure to have sex with you so I will not leave no stone unturned after all this is done, F*cking you is not the same as saying I love you, Im sorry that you have feelings for me,  the season is over now go away.."    A man who will do that to a woman is a heartless dbag.   Andi is a dbag  no two ways about it.
