Ok, playing devil advocate here if Josh or Andi would have followed some random person who is constantly trashing Nick, (I repeat random person) you guys wouldn't side eye them? To me it screams immaturity by Nick following that person it's encouraging trash and hate, but this is only my opinion..

I honestly wouldn't care.  It is over and they can chose to still dislike Nick if they want.  I hope they are ignoring him and focusing on each other.  Also, from what I finally read of the guys twitter feed, he had two or three posts on Josh and Andi, the rest were all about Atlanta sports people.  He seems like a mean spirited POS, but not necessarily obsessed with Josh and Andi, just annoyed with them like he is annoyed with everyone else in the world.

I wasn't talking about Josh/Andi I was talking about the fans....

Here is my take: I do not know why he followed this person. If Nick followed this person because he enjoyed his distasteful tweets and comments, then I don't really like Nick, I think that shows immaturity and a lack of class IMO. But what if Nick followed this person by accident or to send them a DM about their tweets. Not saying this is why he did but I do think that this is a reasonable option as well. I mean I followed two people by accident, this week, looking at Bachelor related tweets, and didn't realize until several days later when I saw them in my thread.

I do not know Nick, Josh or Andi personally, so I do not know why they do some of things they do. I think it is hard to judge them on something they did not directly say or do IMO (i.e. Kelly's tweets, are not necessarily IMO a direct reflection of Andi's views).

Maybe Nick is a horrible/crude person, maybe he isn't, maybe he is just human and made a mistake, maybe he is the complete opposite. I do not feel I am in any position to judge him or Josh or Andi. JMO.

Just dropping by ...it is overwhelmingly likely that Nick, being deluged as they all are with thousands of requests to follow post-show, simply clicked the "accept all pending requests" option offered by Twitter as, the only real world option in his Sudden Fame Scenario, and picked up this character.  

Really, the puppies perhaps should go out for some fresh air and exercise, instead of getting into mischief in the house.  End Mod Scold.

I mean, isn't that a request to approve "follower requests", as in allow people to follow Nick? But, like I said earlier, AL (anonymous loser, for short) doesn't follow Nick back. And, Nick wouldn't need to accept any requests to follow AL; AL would.

And, Nick doesn't follow just anyone. Most of the people that he follows are people from Bachelor Nation, celebrities, and friends/family members. There are VERY few other fans that he follows, which you can tell they are because they tag Nick in tweets about him because man crush monday and whatnot.

Anyways, I'm tired of talking about AL. BUT, I do get annoyed when people say Nick did it by mistake or something.

I think there's no defending Nick on following this guy, but at the same time it doesn't merit writing him off as a horrible person IMO. Nick shattered the illusion of a fairytale between Andi and Josh, so I'm not surprised that some don't like him. He doesn't seem too bothered that random strangers on sm don't like him, which is really for the best. Hopefully any bitterness will turn to indifference very soon.

Also on the tweet from Marcus. Perhaps Marcus felt he needed to say something to defend Lacey and it was more about what was said about her than him? The 80/40 comment got a lot of ridicule on sm- rightly so!   Lacey handled it well though.. tweeting that she gives 120%. I'm 80/40 on still thinking Nick is at heart, a good guy.  What was it that Ben F said to Ashley.. nothing good, ends well?

yeah.. I was responding to the conversation as a whole, not you specifically CP. He was a mess at ATFR so I give him a pass there, but he's not been exactly hating what's happened to Andi in the aftermath of it.

Somewhat surprisingly the lead never gets to see parts of the show (ITM's for example) that they didn't see during filming, so the final airing is the first time they get to see those parts, and it does change their views in many cases. I suspect that Andi saw this polarization unfold as she watched the sow in addition to everything that's happened on the ATFR and everything that's followed that. Nick is, to say the least, a polarizing character - not only as he was edited during the season but in how he's carried himself over the past week or so. Perhaps Andi's comment to the effect that she is not so attracted to guys that other guys don't like was left in the edit for a good reason.

I posted in the unspoiled thread before the Finale (even before the infamous SlutShaming moment) wherein I transcribed the convo of Andi and Nick in Episode 6 re: Cody situation and if he thinks he is the front runner. I said when Andi watches Episode 7, I'm almost certain that she will see Nick differently. Nick downplayed his "confidence" to Andi when she asked if he thinks he is the front runner. In contrast to his ITMs in Episode 7 where he was smug and cocky about him being the front runner.

That is even before the AFTR!

Now after the momentous AFTR,

imo? I am almost certain that Andi wouldn't even regret about letting go of Nick. Not even an iota. If others are still hoping that a day will come that Andi will look back and regret her decision to let go of Nick. Na ah!  

Andi would not even have Should Haves nor What Ifs with Nick.

With regards to Nick, Andi would not have a What IF cross her mind but more of a.....

I am sure Nick feels the same way about Andi after watching her behavior this season and how she has acted post-season - even before the infamous ATFR.  Everything worked out for the best.

The drama with the guys were edited for TV, but the demeanor of MeAndi was real time.
I'm happy Nick can move on to a wonderful gal probably aldy at the corner.

I'm a Nick fan, I like Josh, but dislike MeAndi.
Still think Josh is too good for her, but I do see why she picks him. It looks so good to walk in public with Josh, he's the triumph husband that MeAndi wants to show off.

My POV has not changed at all, even after ATFR.
