Post-finale board is always so weird. I wish we could talk to each other without the "camps".(one or the other). I realize it's unrealistic though. I just hope people can see beyond the camps when the time for the new Bach (or even BIP) comes.

MeandI herself labeled Nick as "sensitive" early on in one of her interviews post filming. Don't know how she wanted it applied, but this was her own description of Nick.

Being sensitive has many connotations that don't have to do with one's sexual beliefs.  Doesn't prove that Nick has never had casual sex with  a woman in the past (or many women).  That's all I'm sayin'.   

I actually don't think that was his point at all. He said on E! that there's sex and there's making love. He told her he was in love with her. She told him she wished she could say things back to him. It was reasonable for him to assume she was expressing it through her actions. If she wasn't on the same page, she needed to tell him or not do it. If he picks up a girl and has sex with her tonight (sounds like he's getting offers on IG tonight ) there is no presumption/expectation of love from either.

Finally watched the ATFR. There was something just off-putting about Nick for the first time, I was having a hard time buying it. His stuttering seemed strategic, as did the rubbing his hands and fiddling. I dunno... his eyes were shifty, it was weird.   

Really?! The Nick I saw was hurting and bruised the same way Andi was hurt and bruised when she was used and blown off by Juan Pablo. Are we forgetting so soon the JP & Andi showdown? How her lips were quivering, and her face was droopy as she railed into him? Well, all that was from a woman who felt USED. Nick had every right to get answers, and unfortunately the ice princess couldn't be bothered to be kind and caring, and explain herself. Try putting yourself in Nick's shoes, and then you will understand.

Btw, if Des had used and blown off Chris and Drew in her season, they too would have reacted exactly the same way.

You know, IF Nick wasn't "making the rounds" with the media interviews I might be able to give him the benefit of the doubt for what he said on AFTR just being because he was so "hurt" and "sad" and "confused" and "in love".  With all the media he is doing - it just looks like he is trying the extend his 15 minutes AND make Andi look really bad! JMHO

If TPTB make him the next bachelor I will have a LOT of free time from NOT WATCHING!!!

You know, IF Nick wasn't "making the rounds" with the media interviews I might be able to give him the benefit of the doubt for what he said on AFTR just being because he was so "hurt" and "sad" and "confused" and "in love".  With all the media he is doing - it just looks like he is trying the extend his 15 minutes AND make Andi look really bad! JMHO

If TPTB make him the next bachelor I will have a LOT of free time from NOT WATCHING!!!

IMO, the reason Nick is doing all this media is due to the controversy from revealing what really goes on in FS and the fact that the man took the act more serious than the woman (a reversal of the stereotypical gender roles). It is controversial and the media likes to talk about controversies.

I don't think Nick wanted anything other than answers as to why she lead him on all season encouraging him, including the being intimate in the FS only to tell him she needed to let him go.

Andi could have planted the seed of doubt during the FS, rather she chose to further solidify that he would be the F1 by "making love to him". For her to insinuate she did him a favour by letting him go and not going through the proposal IMO is bs. If she really felt that, she wouldn't have taken advantage of him in the FS because IMO that's exactly what she did. Whether the lead is male or female, my opinion is the same.

Maybe it's just me, but I cannot understand how you can be intimate with someone when you're in love with someone else. No one can convince me that its ok. If I was the F1, knowing he had a roll in the hay with the F2, I'd be concerned because there wouldn't be any explanation that would satisfy me.

She would have been better off to stick to her story that she didn't know until the last day rather than profess her love to Josh that he was always the one. In other words, thanks everyone else for showing up, nothing personal, I had a job to do.

Oh and by the way, I met him at a bar, even though I said over and over I didn't want to know anyone before hand. Clue number 1.

Nick will understand some day the meaning of unconditional love.

Clearly the intimacy of that night meant something to him and also he viewed it as Andi communicating her feelings to him. He then said my favorite thing he has said post show - that it just came out because it was "the question that hurt my heart the most". Who of us, of any gender, wouldn't feel the same? It someone chose to interact intimately with you and then turned on the ice a few days later I think all of us would want the chance to say to their face "Why did we do that if you were this close to ending it?" Absolutely pure truthful human nature that he asked her that to me. If genders were reversed the guy would be vilified. That would be the thing that would hurt my heart the most too, that she didn't care enough about me to put on the brakes before going to that next level if she wasn't sure it was me.

He may not have any say in doing the media rounds but he could not say things like it was "effortless", etc. I felt very bad for him at the ATFR and always said I would like to see him as the next Bachelor but these media rounds, especially the entertainment tonight interview, just leave a bad taste in my mouth.
