Thank you, Sue.  I can't recall specifically without rewatching, but if I recall, he referred to her as passive-aggressive and stubborn? ... going back to what she knows.  That part wasn't so bad.  In total, it wasn't horrible, but I think unnecessary even in a foiler.  I think he was being totally real because of that.

Although I'm going to stick to thinking it's a foiler for reasons I have already enumerated (and which Brill does terrifically above)..  your points make sense.

That is exactly what I was thinking earlier.   

I'm just going to say this - if this person recorded it with an iPhone it is beyond easy to make it look like you're not even recording. All you have to do is hold up your phone like you were using it to search the internet and the person wouldn't have the slightest clue as you can easily zoom in or out on the screen.

As difficult as it is to believe all the coincidences that someone recognized what Nick was talking about, was able to pull off videotaping him without his knowledge, and then knew to send it to RS, it is even harder for me to believe that the producers put together and pulled off this whole thing as a foiler campaign, with the consent of at least 2 people involved (Nick and Andi), all within a day or two, and had it appear so realistic.  Do you think that instead of spending time with his new fiancee, Nick was rehearsing his part?  No way he managed to nail it so well on his first take, IMO, unless he is also a trained actor.

I just got an amazing visual of Nick intently rehearsing his lines while his new fiancee is literally melting down from lack of attention and throwing $hit around the hotel room in DR in the background.

I am 50/50 on the video……

If that were me recording with my iPhone, that video would be a lot more shaky!

It does seem too much.  I know we have creative minds around here, but would any have come up with this foiler campaign?? When did it cross someone's mind that this season they were going to go to this new level?

AND, didn't Nick go home one day earlier than Josh?? Nice, the F1 leaves before the F2?

^ Why would it be shaky though? iPhones are extremely light and if you hold it with two hands then there shouldn't be a reason as to why it was shaky. The videos are not longer than a couple of minutes.

Haha nutty, if you're talking about your phone, my mom has the same issue, but she just doesn't want an iPhone.

The person who took it obviously had some balls to start with, so I wouldn't think they were the type to be nervous about what they were doing. If it were me, my hands would be shaking all over the place, but then again, I would never even try to videotape somebody like that.
