RS isn't a man of extreme means.  Have you ever watched his video chats.  He lives in a 1 bedroom apartment.  Plus, Nick was one of the last people that RS confirmed as a contestant, and that was after the show started airing.  You would have to know who Nick was, record and snap pictures of him without him knowing, and happen to know exactly what seat he was sitting in and hope the seat directly behind him was available for you to shoot your video.

RS posted Nick's bio on 4/16 which was prior to the season premiere and, of course, some three weeks before the plane video.

That's not entirely true. I work in advertising. There are different ways to buy online advertising. You can buy it based on impressions. So if someone just goes on his site and gets served an ad he'll get some type of ad revenue off it.

That was me!   Something I noticed seeing all the pics is why is this woman in all the scenes? Also don't flight attendants and captains leave last? Why is she in front of Nic? Why are the carts placed in the entrance? Isn't the kitchen in the back on all planes? And most of all why is there a grey line at the back like she is wearing athletic wear? It's like they both got their outfits from KMart! And the pic showing nic walking through the airport with NOONE in sight at 8:44pm? Is the airport that small that no humans go? Makes me wonder if this is even a real airport!

You may want to check out Mr. Write's post that was re-posted above. He corroborates that it is the Milwaukee airport.

ok. whether or not RS is loaded doesn't really affect the possible scenario i presented. my pap friend explained that she and her fellow paps worked for agencies which footed the bill for transportation & equipment costs.

Let's assume for a second that this video is the production of a (one in a million) chance meeting by someone on the plane that 1. recognized Nick and 2. decided to pull out their cell phone and 3. start taping the conversation in real time, while it was happening - how is it possible that the phone video camera is completely still; has no shaking or adjusting and the picture is professional grade, not grainy, etc...?

Not to mention: 4. knew who RS is AND decided to send him the footage

This video was a planned event - and again my questions are: who took it and who stands to gain??

Oh look nic is wearing the token bracelet from DR to make sure he doesn't forget his heartache!   Also, nic and the photo taker must be the last few people to leave the plane for the flight attendant to leave before them. Was this discussed already?

I see what you're saying Karche, but I don't think that's the flight attendant... it looks like a passenger to me.  But it is interesting that the picture taker stayed very close to Nick as he left the plane, walked through the airport and waited for his luggage.

^^^^How do we know the flight attendant is actually leaving?  May be a dumb question but looking at the posted pic, I am not sure I could ascertain she is leaving just because she is in front of Nick.  If he is in the first row, isn't it a good bet he is leaving first, and the attendant is preparing the exit way, ready to step back shortly to let passengers out?

I am not 100% certain the video isn't fake, I see good arguments made on both sides.  I lean to real because I think what he says about Josh especially went just a bit too far.  If TPTB set it up, I found it trashing a contestant in advance that has really shown nothing so far for that to be necessary. Especially one who could possibly become a favorite and a good candidate for next bachelor.  And he wasn't exactly complimentary of his fiancé either, IMO.  When Des and Chris went along with the spoiler last season, I don't recall anything they did that were words out of their mouths disparaging each other or Brooks.

I can hardly wait to get to the bottom of plane vid gate.  If it is in fact real, can't wait for it to come up at ATFR.  That is if Andi and her F1 know of it, and I am betting they do.
