I don't know how the particular details would work(and I realize there would be many), but I would not be surprised if $$ exchanged hands in a plan in order to get this.

One is in a serious relationship within their mutual circle of friends according to someone who posted way way back.  Not sure if she was the first or second woman but think 1st.  She is brunette and there was a pic of her and her bf somewhere on SM.  She doesn't resemble Andi at all except for hair color.

I am hoping he by some miracle turns out to be F1 but I think Chris may be the dark horse in this battle especially with the recent edit they have given Nick. I wish I could find some concrete clues to point to Nick as F1 but nothing has yet. If anything things seem to pointing to him as her either F3 or F2. F3 only because if the video is legit, he could be venting that she picked josh over him to go to the FRC and assumes that who she is with. If it's a foiler, he can be helping TPTB by covering Chris as real F! and letting everyone think its Josh. Who knows with this crazy show.

I agree,    and said this way back when the video first came out. The video is very real but taken by someone hired or connected to
RS.

What about the lawsuit? Seems stupid and dangerous to do that but who knows.

My tangentially related thought is trying to understand which part of Nick's edit is payback, which part is his real personality and the guys' frustration, and which part was totally fake for drama and to create show interest.

I think in regards to the lawsuit, he would be fine because the only people he can't contact are the people involved with the show - like the contestants. He could hire someone to follow both of the F2, which is interesting considering he has the video and photos of Nick and he also had photos of Josh arriving back after his flight from the Dominican Republic. It seems like that could be a real possibility.

This video thing still bugs me!

RS says that Nick's plane landed in Milwaukee at 8:46pm. That means he was walking off the plain and through the airport terminal after 9pm. Mitchell International Airport has skylights. In this pic if you look beyond Nick it looks like the sun is brightly shining through. I don't know, if just doesn't look night time to me here.

We had some very nice discussion in Nick's fan thread last night about the video. Maybe we should dedicate a thread about the video so we don't have to answer the same questions again and again? (like when & where it's taken and why no handlers)
Anyway, many people believe the contents of the video is legit, but I find the circumstances  suspicious, here's my   . I have no answers to any of them but I would love people to chime in:
- per bolded: it was taken on the flight from Charlotte to Milwaukee. I am from SoCal, so I don't know how big the airport Charlotte is. I can believe scout out Miami international airport, but Charlotte? Is it a big hub for certain airlines?
-something posted by a poster that I found interesting:
"It's a two hour fight from Charlotte to Milwaukee.  The plane didn't even land until approximately 9:44 PM.  Reality Steve posted the info about the videos sometime between 9:44 PM and 12:00 AM since his tweet is dated May 11th. Who ever took the videos edited them, and sent them to RS with in a couple hours. Things that make you go  hmmm"
So it's difficult for me to believe a fan, a hardcore fan who recognized Nick (again, I have a hard time believing people would know him before the bio & pictures came out ), who was aware Nick was part of the show (he never mentioned the show or Andi by name from what we can see), would send the video to RS almost immediately even possibly  before he/she arrived home or unpack or rest (I assume that's what most people would do after a flight at such late hours)....I agree with Kasha, it doesn't look like it's done by a fan or happenchance
-another point brought up by a different poster: it looks like the video was taken during boarding, before takeoff. Is it required the seats have to be upright? Nick's seat looks like inclined ( I could be wrong, so CMIIW)? Would you get such a view of the front row if the seat is upright? Can someone provide insights on this?

Oh, another thing that's totally irrelevant: someone asked if Nick is lefty. My son is 100% lefty, does everything with left hand and he wears his watch on the right. Nick wears his on his left wrist.
