Being from GA and a diehard UGA fan, I can promise you no fan nor grad and especially a former player would wear LSU colors!!

I can understand that and thanks for clarifying. I am a die hard Montreal Canadien Hockey Fan. Boston Bruins are huge if not the worst rival team. I had a stop over at Boston Logan Airport last month, and I can't tell you how I felt seeing all the banners proudly displayed all over the place, because I would have to ban myself . laugh out loud

I would never wear a Boston jersey or their colours. Sorry Bruins fans, I love the city though. Smiley

I can't see Andi asking him to wear her colours either, that would just be wrong.

Regardless if it's meant for Andi or not they are LSU colors purple/yellow that he is wearing, maybe it's pure coincidence (once again) that he is wearing Andi's alma colors but the fact remains LSU Tigers colors are purple and yellow........

I'd rather be locked in a small room to watch paint dry for a week than wear any sort of Habs gear laugh out loud

Being the die hard Bruins fan that I am, you couldn't pay me to wear anything that remotely supported the Habs. No way in hell. Behind them, but not anywhere close would be the leafs, pens or flyers LOL. I'm happy that you like the city though. It is beautiful! I'm hoping to make it up to Montreal soon. All of my friends love it. I'll just be sure to not bring my Lucic or Chara jersey laugh out loud

We do have screen caps, however, that I believe Sophienette gave us today that do now prove Josh got that yellow ribbon during the day portion of his and Andi's date in Belgium and it does appear it's the same ribbon that he's still wearing to this day. If the bachelor dumped me I would have cut that off real fast haha. It could be just a coincidence, but it is interesting that he just so happens to be wearing a purple one with it, which just so happens to be the LSU colors.

This has probably been discussed but as I've said before yellow ribbons have lots of meaning. I believe one meaning is that a loved one (usually in military) will return to you. Considering they were in Ghent, largely popular for role in War of 1812 (and I think Andi mentioned this on their date), it wouldn't be hard to imagine there being a place for "lovers" that sells the ribbon and maybe Josh wore it in an act of good faith that she would return to him. I'm sure every time she saw it she must have felt like they were keeping a lovely little secret. He will probably take it off when they can finally be together. I cannot figure out how the purple one fits into it though!

Food for thought. I found this pic on Josh's facebook page. Note the yellow band on his wrist. This picture was post ed Oct. 8/12. Obviously wearing a yellow band on his wrist isn't anything new since filming began on the Bachelorette.

Well, if you see my other post, he's worn a yellow band on his wrist since 2012 as that is showing in a pic he was in with the date on it. Also, if that was worn then, it could be old, etc, therefore faded and all.

True. Sometimes people in love will do things beyond the scope of the norm, too.

And I agree with those who mentioned that if he was not F1, he'd probably have cut the yellow ribbon off post filming. And I would go so far to say, then he would probably not wear a purple one on top of it since they are a big UGA family and you wouldn't want anyone to get the wrong impression.

I saw your other post, and the band in it is not the same. That band looks like a Livestrong rubber bracelet, and I commented that it makes sense since both of his parents battled cancer.
