Josh is F1, as per Nick there are no second or no third, just Josh.

We don't know for sure. But in the absence of other proof  that is what we have to on right now.

I'd like to see some kite-on-a-fridge type proof not this social media/ RS/sources crappola but have seen nothing that convinces me either way. Most of the "evidence" is circumstantial at best. So till we have more proof that is all we have to go on.

No kidding so dang much circumstantial evidence. To me the pure volume of circumstantial evidence is suspicious.

Auntie, the original question posted a few pages back was who we thought was the F1 at this point and a definitive answer was requested. I actually didn't give a definitive answer, but that was what was requested and it was our opinion that was also requested. So most of the replies were stated as fact.

   No problem.  I was getting there yesterday, when it was stated as fact that Andi and Josh were together watching the world cup and every little circumstance proved it.  I was getting a little testy with it all.  

This season if they won't all dump Andi at the FRC alter, I don't know who I want her to chose.  I see it with Josh and Nick, I see that she wants to jump Marcus, but haven't seen much else.  And for the two seconds they actually finally showed me Andi with Chris last night she enjoyed their kisses.  But I still have a hard time seeing MeAndI in Iowa on a farm, not sure she would be happy doing it and as such can't see Chris happy with her long term.  He deserves a woman who will enjoy the awesome life he can provide.

In providing the episodic synopsis of BIP RS made no mention of Josh being present. So unless the producers found a way to keep it under very tight wrap Josh was not down there for filming of BIP or at least as a contestant.

As far as who is F1 or who is better suited for Andi, as I just speculated in another thread, I believe at this point Nick is a safer choice as his constant reassurances seem to stave off the activation of her insecurities. However, I think in the long run their similar sarcastic wits would collide with one another.

Good point about the sarcastic wits. Reminds me of something Sharleen posted too in her blog, when Andi started going into Annoying ADA mode during the day portion of their date, Josh responded with humor and teasing that he has a little bit of feelings, and while she rolled her eyes, it definitely helped defuse the situation and prevent another lie detector meltdown. I like her more with him because he really seems to get her and know how to deal with all the crazy issues she so easily dreams up. I don't think Nick even knows she has those issues and insecurities because she's never showed them to him and he came crying to her at the cocktail party instead of the reverse like with Josh.

May I also add Andi herself says she plays mind games and I think Nick does too. I'm not sure if that would be a good combination in the long run.

Regarding the idea that too much circumstantial evidence makes it all suspect, I don't think that's the way it works in a court of law.   

As far as the picture of Nick with girls in a bar goes, of course it doesn't prove anything, and yes, he's not kissing or fondling either one, but I really don't recall seeing photos of past F1s hanging out in bars much during the waiting period (unless they're hosting viewing parties). Not that there's necessarily anything wrong with it, but if you're madly in love with someone who you're only allowed to see every two weeks, I would hope you would act more like JP, who spent 3 hours a night skyping with Ashley when he couldn't be with her. JMO.

Great point again Ironcat!    It is just not "typical" final 1 behavior.  Period.  You can argue the other side all day, but again not typical.  I remember when Brooks was spotted on the cruise, I knew it was not typical final 1 behavior.  Could he have still been final 1, of course, but just not probable.
