I think what is throwing people off is all the SM hints/clues from RS and the Murray family and because of last season with Des, people are questioning everything.

this. i've been thinking it must be josh but then with last season with des i really started doubting just recently. i went back to RS tonight and i saw that in addition to the snapchat pic there was a second pic where andi had changed her snapchat username. i'm thinking that has to be real. tptb just aren't clever enough to think of doing that too. it is crazy someone filmed nick's convo on the plane but also with that i think if tptb had done it it would have been much more polished and understandable than it is. so, i think you're right sprite and maybe some of us who got so burned with des are just feeling gun shy.

I think it goes with trust but verify. I trust what I am seeing with Andi and Josh but I like it verified with the sc and clues.

I have a question for the members who truly have no favorites (I admit I cannot be objective this season). Do you all still think something wonky is going on this season, or is it just "it is at it seems"? I am really anxious to hear your unbiased answers!! (PLEASE!!)

One interesting thing to add to the conspiracy theories is something RS said last night during  his Podcast....

He said he got the videos just a few hours after he find out who the F1 was, and how the Snapchat things fell in his lap.
It just seems too easy....   

i like marcus some but am not terribly into the show this season so i'm hopefully not biased. part of me thinks it will be josh, because of the snapchat and nick's video, and part of me could see it being tptb totally messing with RS and the viewers again like they did with des. where we usually get our proof of the spoilers is through SM and i don't remember tptb really messing with that in the past. i've been surprised they haven't cracked down more on the contestants or done a big misinformation campaign through SM. i could see with how they punked RS last time with des that they might take it further this time and do it through SM. their misinfo with des happened thru the edit, especially that mid-season sitdown with CH and des saying she was in love, and all those fake spoilers they leaked right before the finale. there was probably more they did i'm not remembering right now.

from what i'm seeing with andi as of tonite her relationship with nick seems to be on the most solid ground. of course once she has her second 1-1 with josh he may catch up and she obviously really likes him. once we get screencaps for the FD on i think we'll know more. because i'm not invested this season i don't care if RS gets punked but boy did it suck when the viewers got punked about brooks. all in all i think it's too early to say if we don't go by spoilers.

While I like a few guys this season, I'm not a big fan of any. I really don't see anything wonky this season. It seems fairly clear that Josh is her pick. He is the one she is constantly drilling. (While she questions Nick, she doesn't fly off the handle as much with him....hence, not as invested.) Chris is in the friend zone. I see her interest in Marcus sinking fast. She thinks he's hot but otherwise, she seems bored by him already.

I like to know the final 4 but, I make up my own mind on who will be the one based on the body language stuff I see on screen. As soon as I saw Marcus' HTD pics, I called him out. Same deal with Chris when I saw their date on Episode 2...friend zone. She likes him but, has no chemistry with him. That leaves Nick and Josh as the final two. They are really trying to create doubt about Josh but, he is the one that she said is her type, they nailed it, etc on the first night and he is the one I see her really wanting...hence all the questioning and angst with herself. If she didn't want him, he would have been out the door like Eric.

The producers have been getting more and more lax about controlling it and every season people throw out more and more stuff. Some is inadvertent...they don't realise just how much people are obsessed with the show...and some is just because they can't help themselves. So I guess, what I am trying to say is that it seems pretty clear cut to me and I would be surprised if things didn't play out the way I have them figured...which just happens to correspond with what RS has come up with.

Sprite, I think you hit it on the head for me. I am having a hard time picking an F1 team this time. Not sure if it is because I like the F2 and that they both are too different and their relationships with Andi are different too OR because I can't be fully onboard with her relationships. I accept the spoilers and looking for proof of "beyond chemistry" between Josh and Andi, but my heart is also breaking for Nick (I see the beyond chemistry in their interaction) so and I am also okay with the outcome being different (spoiler foiler). As much as they've shown (edits) of Josh to be constant - alpha dude who may seem to have temper issues, Nick's personality edits are all over the place - he's sweet, yet manipulative, a smart salesman, aggressive but sly. Additionally, I like Andi as a contestant but don't love her for some reason, come to think of it except for Trista and Ashley (somewhat) I haven't been a fan of the ettes. I thought Andi would be it because I can identify with her but I guess her edits are just making her less likable to me as the season goes on - I hope this changes tho especially @ HTDs when Eric's death is realized on the show, and hopefully we see real compassion.

As to the romance, Andi likes assertive men (caveman-ish) like Josh or when they act aggressive (like Nick last night) - she likes exciting. But I also feel that she likes the hunt. I feel that when the guy says, "I am falling for you" or "I love you" - it's game over for her. She wants Josh and would want him so long as he holds out. I think that is the reason Chris is still in the running, she really hasn't won him yet. That is what my gut tells me and I don't know why. I hope Andi opens up to someone and really fall in love. All these things she's feeling right now is the euphoria of the hunt that may wane after the bubble bursts. Sigh...

I guess it's easier for me because I rarely root for anyone to be F1 so I don't feel bad if they are not. They all seem OK to me but, there isn't anyone that I really like...like a JP or Cat. Even when I like someone...like Sean on Emily's season...I usually don't want them to win since I'm not crazy about the lead. Very rarely does everything align, when I like the lead and a contestant....and I actually want them to end up together. I'm not a huge fan of Andi and think she would be a difficult person to live with...no matter who she picks. I see Josh really wanting that job and actually, being the best at handling her. I agree, she likes the chase and wants a caveman. Whatever turns her crank. If they are happy, power to them.

I do think when you are not invested it is easier to see the signs. When I like someone involved I find myself second guessing myself...do I really see what I see or do I want to see it? I guess I'm just getting more cynical about the show in general and am better at spotting the show parts that they have to have, as well as how they manipulate and edit things. Rarely do I get surprised about anything on this show anymore.

Well, it might be the season of all foilers or all spoilers, depending upon who you ask.  It could be that they are all foiling by claiming to meet at MTH or it is yet another SM spoiler with the only one not in the convo being Josh.

One of the guys could be there like Clare met the other girls at last seasons WTA. scmiiw. So far Nick Chris seem to have spoken about this and so has Marcus. Which make it 3 out of the F4. The problem is figuring out which one is just there to socialize.
