*NO SPOILERS* The Bachelorette 10 - Episode Discussion

Something I noticed when watching Josh's FSD Andi mentioned that she talked to his mother AFTER his mother had talked to Josh. It was actually shown the other way around during the HTD. The reason I brought it up is at the time I wondered how his Mom could say "Josh is in love. I can tell you with all sincerity." I wondered at the time how she could say that without having even talked to him. Now that I know it was after her talk with him it makes perfect sense.

That does make more sense GG. I remembered Josh saying that his mom would be able to tell just by looking at him...I guess I thought she was just speculating on what she saw. Nice to know Josh told her in no uncertain terms!

Good catch GG. I didn't think about that. I was like Libby and just thought she "saw" it.

Ok, hear me out! My “theory” is not one bit favoring Nick as F1. This tweet may be nothing HOWEVER, the lyrics seemed to be a shout out. Because Shout is not a love song. In fact, the lyrics show how bitter he is   

a lil background. Y’all have to understand, Tears for Fears is like Beatles for the 80s generation in the Philippines. And Nick is how old? Anyway, when they went here for a concert, it was jam-packed! SRO, from wall to wall in Araneta Coliseum that can sit around 10,000++ people. “Shout” and “Everybody Rules The World” are like two of their well-loved songs. Like a National Anthem of sorts! We know the lyrics by heart. Check out my concert video when they were here in Manila 2012.

Thank you so much for your prayers, Twinsies! and by the way i forgot to mention that we have the same thought about Nick's fairytale book!! As in! It is super sweet, actually! However, as Nick was "storytelling", i got distracted with the portion of their Fantasy Date illustrated in the fairytale book and i'm like, "TIME A MINUTE! *mywordplay on time out & wait a minute    * "Time a minute! Nick was a super talented artist. He was able to draw that page, add a few words about their FD and knew his way around DR because he knew where he can have the Fairytale Book bound!" Isn't that amazing?! I would guess, he din't spend so much time with Andi during the day then in order for him to produce that Fairytale Book in their night time date! UNLESS, someone else did that for him, right?


I know imma   on Nick's tweet re: the Shout song. It is possible he just liked the song. Fine. But i really, really cannot shake this feeling it is a shoutout not only for Andi but also for TPTB!

IF Nick is F2, of which i now sincerely believe. I am sad for him because he din't think he was "manipulated" by TPTB. I utterly believe, he was led to think he is the F1. The flowers. The sneaking over. The "stealing" of time with Andi EVEN IF he had already a rose and God knows what else, make me believe he was prodded by the producers!! Poor Nick! As i already mentioned in my previous posts, it is consistent with the stories of past contestants. I would feel betrayed. Who wouldn't?!

I know some do and some do not want sm clues in the unspoiled area. I'm wondering if we could get maybe a sm thread in the unspoiled section that we can post sm "clues" for the final 2 guys. That way those that don't want those clues don't have to visit that thread. I think I myself am ready to sleuth some sm for "clues". Thought from the unspoiled group. Would others be interested?

I have been look back at some of the earlier dates to look at her rings for someone and noticed the shirt Josh is wearing on their LCD is the same one he wore on the stripping GD week 2. Coincidence?

A new promo ran on ABC during Castle that I had not seen before.  I don't see it posted on there website so I'll try to describe it so you all can share with me your thoughts.

It starts with a bunch of guys whining a completing at the MTA.  Then you see some of the footage from the finale that was in the preview.  Finally you see Chris H knocking on a door to give Andi "a letter from the one she didn't choose, COULD.CHANGE.EVERYTHING." with a VO of her saying "I was so wrong" and "this could have all blown up in my face" (I can't decide if she said this could or this could have).  Anyway of course the picture with those word is of her crying in the car.

In the first part of the guys whining during the MTA they made it look like it was with Andi, but I'm fairly certain (99.99%) that it's just them whining among themselves.

In the part were CH is knocking on the door to Andi's room they want you to believe (I think) that it is: 1) In the DR and 2) from the rejected F2.  Problem with it being in the DR is the door CH knocks on doesn't appear to be that of a hotel.  It has the word "private" on it. To me it seems like a dressing room door and then after CH is inside you can see a make-up desk.  Of course CH gives her the letter and tells her "between you and I, you should read it."  Of course he does as he wants to try and create (or make it appear to create) drama.  That's what CH does.  Now of course if this is really from her rejected F2 they can't reveal who that is at the MTA.  So it is either from someone at the MTA and not the rejected F2, or it is from the rejected F2 and they show it during the finale.  A couple things make me think it is not from anyone at the MTA. First off the guys are all there so why wouldn't they "confront" her when she is on stage?  I suppose it could be Chris since he was best at expressing his feelings as the "secret admirer", but that would be stupid and even if TPTB "encouraged" him to do so I can't see him doing it.  Unless of course he is going to be the next Bachelor.  I'm also hesitant to say it is from someone at the MTA because the wording "a letter from THE ONE she didn't choose".  If it was from someone at the MTA I would think it would say "a letter from SOMEONE she didn't choose".  Who know with TPTB though.

So this leads me to believe the letter is from the rejected F2 and was written after he went home from the DR.  To me this has "producer driven" written all over it and who had been the one manipulated by TPTB all season?  Nick! Doing a little 1on1 when he didn't get a date, sending flowers after first date, going to Andi after Eric left, sneaking away to see her, grabbing her first when he already had a rose, fairytale book at the FSD (I think I got everything).  Anyway, all of those were prompted by TPTB and I think this is too.  Nick was manipulated all show by them IMO, but that can't happen if you don't let it.  TPTB did it to him because they new he could be their puppet. It could be Josh I suppose, but I find it hard to believe.  If he had something to say to Andi he would just have met up with her in ATL I would think.  He didn't seem to be manipulated by TPTB during filming so why would he now.

Lastly what does the letter say?  The words "COULD.CHANGE.EVERYTHING" could just be for dramatic effect and likely are just that, dramatic effect.

1) You made a bad choice and I want you back! This is what they want you to think.

2) I wish you all the best.  After watching the show I get it.  This is what I think, or at least hope, happens.

3) She doesn't read it and we never know. This could also happen.  TPTB always try to create drama out of nothing.


Anyone have any other ideas as to what happens, who it's from, and what it says?

Personally I think the letter is from the F2 and she either doesn't read it or the letter is something nice to her and her chosen F1.  Either way I don't see it bringing the drama they are trying to sell us.  There has been little unmanufactured drama this season so they are just trying to make it seem some will happen at the MTA and/or Finale.  If I am wrong and it is a letter saying Andi was wrong I will be really disappointed in the rejected F2.

ETA: I don't think Nick being manipulated by TPTB means he didn't feel anything for Andi, just that if the producers said jump he would say how high. This of course is JMHO.

Wow GG.  Wish I had seen that preview.  So much to consider. From the wording it does sound like the F2 wrote the letter.  What would be the point in giving it to her at the MTA though?  If it seemed like a dressing room and not a hotel, I think the MTA makes the most sense.  One other thought is it was given to her before the AFTR taping.  Did they tape that yet?  If not, then I guess it can't be then.  I'm leaning towards it is all hype and not something that will really make any difference.  I don't see why F2, no matter which one, would send her a letter.  They will be at the ATFR and can confront her then.  Unless the F2 doesn't intend to show up for that.  Would kind of mess up that episode.

One other thought, and I hesitate to mention it, is that Eric could have written it.  Maybe with the way he left, he didn't intend to come to the MTA and wrote a letter to Andi.  I can't believe that TPTB would sink so low as to air that letter, but, the family might want it aired if they felt it was a way for Eric to explain what he was trying to say.  Long shot and not really what I think happened with this.

I was thinking about Nick being manipulated by TPTB and wonder why he let it happen?  All indications from the guys are that Nick knew exactly how this show worked and what he would need to do to get to the end.  Why would he let them use him that way if he was so aware of how it all worked?  What would he get out of it?  Did he think he would be the bachelor and then decide he really cared about Andi?  That just really confuses me.  Did he think he was playing them and ended up being used instead?

I think your #2 scenario is most likely.  Did she say something about "this blowing up in her face" after the lie detector test in Italy?  Are they splicing and dicing from previous episodes?  Probably, or it has nothing to do with the letter at all!  I hope I get to see the preview.
