*NO SPOILERS* The Bachelorette 10 - Episode Discussion

Nick is cocky, wow! He poured it on thick tonight. Still don't like him, still think he's fake, edit or no! Pretty revealing with the way he acted, talked, reacted, and everything the guys said about him...and this wasn't just this episode! Uh yeah right, on Nick getting that key! Wish he'd of just got on his knee right there and proposed...they could of eloped and we wouldn't have to see the rest of the guys basically get slapped in the face with the way she's with Nick and throws it in their face! She's so greedy wanting them all to say how they feel about her, wanting to hear those love words while at the same time, she really only has feelings for Nick & Josh, ugh. 

Josh finally says what Andi wants to hear...WHY JOSH!! RUN! haha Still think he's F1 unfortunately, he said the magic words...game over. 

Marcus-he's such a cutie!! This show drives me nuts, why do I watch??!

I'm a team nick here just wondering if you saw all the SM love for him fRom his bachelor bros? To me it puts a different spin on things. I don't know what he was like and I won't defend his every move but I will defend him as a person.

SM= Social Media, right? If so, I think most of us unspoiled don't do social media since many times it leads to spoiling; not that the specific SM is acspoiler but it can't be guaranteed that someone commenting on the SM won't include something that is a spoiler.

happy, emad, team Nick...I truly don't mean to offend anyone. I just see it how I see it. It's those little things he does, actions, etc. Of course I know a lot is editing, and I'm trying to see him beyond that but he & they aren't making it easy if he IS this nice/sweet guy you all say he is. I didn't like how  he went to Andi's room after Marcus's date, that wipes anything she had for Marcus out...I didn't like how he interrupted Brian's time at the cocktail party, he'd of shown more class waiting his turn, the guy already had a rose , a previous 2nd date AND had extra time with her strolling around Brussels! I suppose none of the guys said those things about Nick? Even in the off chance they didn't, the way he's so cocky about how he's F1 doesn't sit well with me.  No, I don't follow any of their SM's, so I don't know how they are outside the show. I respect that you guys like Nick, and like I said will be happy if he does turn out to be F1.  

Lost   it's Ok not liking him ... I actually feel silly how fast I got my "crush" on him ... like I've seen 2nd episode last week, got hooked right away because of his scepticism, but mostly his definition of romance ... intriguing ... anyway, watched the rest 6-5 episodes in a row ... crazy ... and to me he was just fun to watch, but because Andy was an enigma to me, whether I really would like her or not, I couldn't picture her with him or him with her, mostly because I haven't seen her crack up, make some joke or smth ballsy/"stupid-dorky" ... anyway, now I'm in a limbo whether they could be a good fit or not, but my gut is telling me he is set to be F2 because of the editing, he is shown way too much to be front-runner and even if I don't know of past seasons, that much is comprehended that usually these kind of shows tend to hide the "winner" or at least they don't show much of the interaction between F1 and the lead, because it would be too obvious the difference of feelings/emotions.
Anyway I just wish people wouldn't stop at the obvious ... but to each his own, beside I bet everyone is doing fine, continue with their lives ... and if things don't go "as planed" .. at least they had an amazing free-vacation, traveling the world, enjoying so many places, kissing a girl "no strings attached" .. what more could you ask?

BTW .. I was joking about the attack come-back ... although I do try to figure out how to write my impressions without giving too much, but to be honest, it's not like I know for sure anything, just a deduction of things, pure gut feeling.

I know, I actually chuckled when I first read that!    Your just defending your guy, and I understand that. Not everyone has liked who I liked in the past either (Jenna on RFL) a few debates on that one as you know, we like who we like and vice versa on these dang shows! I said I wouldn't get sucked in again after the last time, but here I am!    :giggle: Maybe I should stay spoiled in the future, haha.

Doesn't matter if you are spoiled or unspoiled, people still get sucked in every season. The producers are not only good at manipulating the cast, but they are good at manipulating us viewers as well. To quote Sharleen from her (non spoiled) blog, "Evil producers".

I really enjoy the Bachelorette diet that the guys (Marcus and Josh especially) have been on! It never fails that prior to the start of the show, I see the show photos of the guys and I think—ick, they are all so skinny and have stupid hair. Then the Meet and Greet shows that: ok—they are a little dorky but not as bad as their photos show. Then, here comes episode 4+ and low and behold the guys start looking like they have buffed up a bit and have gotten a little bit of a tan.   . I seriously think that all the guys being together leads to more testosterone and working out!

I like Andi and Marcus but I am seeing more and more of an F3 vibe—I would love to see him as the next Bachelor! I do recognize that he is a little quiet to be TB but, I can see that he would be genuine and open to the process. I would love to see him find love!

Remind me never to stay at this hotel when I’m in Brussels! Not only did they give her room number out—they gave someone a KEY without even checking his ID!!!! There is NO way that this was not TPTB inspired. He should have just gone up to her room. TPTB should not have gone through the rouse of him getting the key from the front desk! That being said, I do see that she likes his aggressiveness; even if I don’t.

The GOOSE PARADE—fun! I was a little frustrated that they were eating their baguettes during such an important talk—there was a lot of mumbling! During dinner, I thought Josh was going to tell Andi that it was hard responding to her “mind games” that they talked about on their boat in Marseilles. WOW—Andi’s face lit up when he told her that he was falling in love with her. And, her response to him saying that he wanted the next girl he said ILY to to be his wife was: good, I’m glad; like she finally wanted to hear. Also, she was pulling him back for him to kiss her under that arch. She also said—today is a day I’ll never give up, I’ll never forget and then there was a round of applause—I must admit for a minute I forgot and kinda thought this was at the live finale!!

Poor Brian and Dylan—dead men walking; Nick was acting like he had just been sucking on a sour lemon! Sorry—can’t he even be pleasant on a group date knowing he had multiple “extras” under his belt! Again, I don’t so much mind that he is finding ways to stand out to Andi—that is what they ALL should do— as I said above, it is his arrogance and attitude that goes along with it that I mind!

It was interesting to hear the guys talk about why Nick is there—and Marcus saying he thought Nick would walk away if he was one of the F2. As much as I don’t want a “Courtney ending”; I don’t think he would walk. I think he would gloat and relish the limelight to follow. If Andi does pick Nick—I’ll be fine and will definitely be able to point to the clues showing that they were into each other but, I won’t have that satisfying romantic “awww” moment that I watch the show for.

I’m looking forward to HT’s too!

Great recap LibbyBell. I want to watch again before commenting too much. Totally agree on Nick though. Definitely not for me but if Andi picks him, I will be able to see why.

Thanks Sprite, didn't know she had a spoiler free blog, will check it out! I really liked her last year...except when she was with JP, she was like a whole different person with him, in a funny weird way, it's like he cast a spell on her!   

Libby-interesting on the "hive" thing, didn't notice that! Yes, her face lit up when he said those words! Loved that kiss under the arch, that was pretty hot! Great post!

Finally all caught up (and not a week behind thanks to a free trial of Hulu Plus!)...

I feel bad for Dylan--it was clear he was a MOT guy, but I have no idea why she kept him over Marquel or even JJ for another week.

I think Brian and Chris were a toss-up for Andi, and the special time in the pottery shed pushed Chris into F4. (Either that, or producers want him to get a HT date as a preview package for his shot at the Bach.) Chris has been rather edgy/mouthy the last two weeks, which is a strange edit...lots of swear words beeped out, which is not the image I had of him originally.

Marcus is a sweet guy.

Josh reminds me of Roberto--I wish we had more substance to their romance...hope that will come out more in the next few weeks.

Is Nick another Frank or is he Courtney? The speculation from the other guys about Nick walking at F2 is interesting. Personally, I'm disappointed that Andi has given him so much of her time--I'd rather have had one of the other guys get the mini 1on1 after the group date. There's only so many sound bites of Nick's bravado that I can take...and she certainly is giving him the impression that he's the front-runner.
