Andi Dorfman - The Bachelorette 10 - Discussion

Maybe she is dreading hurting the F2 guy. I saw that she is supposed to be on EXTRA tomorrow and tell about some decisions that she made that were a mistake or something like that. I don't really think she will give anything away - just a ploy to get people to watch. Same type of thing they do to get people to tune into the bach franchise and then there is nothing that comes close to what the public expects to see from their promo/preview. Just a trick of the trade I think.

Posted this theory in Nick's fan forum, but it probably belongs here as well: I was thinking about what may happen and here is my theory. I think she does indeed send someone home prior to FRC and then she is proposed to at FRC but ends up turning him down. She changes her mind at the last minute. Unfortunately, I think Nick is the one who proposes at FRC (he is the original F1 - judging from the fact he appears to have a suite as opposed to Josh's 1 bedroom room among other things). To quote CH, she could not pull the trigger in a high pressure situation. She probably had doubts still about Josh and goes with Nick as being the safer choice with whom she has had no doubts but realizes Josh is not that type of guy and reunites with him either in the DR or afterwards. Judging from all the sleuthing, it appears she is with Josh now. If that is the case, I think if the letter is from Nick, it is to tell her he has moved on (which I truly think he has). Of course, I could be completely wrong...

Nick does propose ... but only after knowing he is the last guy standing.
The scenes from the preview do happen in the same room (with him) ... but that doesn't mean she lets him go ... quite contrary... she needs to make some tough decision and has just been told that (like, if she needed any reminder) ... so she cries, no biggie.
If the letter is from F2, is not Nick's.
And Nick would never, ever try to get the girl who's promised to someone else (unless someone would pointed a gun at him or "reminded" him of a 5mill. worth lawsuit, which is another theory that doesn't convince me anymore, because he is in very good "relationship" with many producers).
So, here is my theory of how things will play out.

Not a post for a fan forum but just suggesting there could be another reason why Nick got a suite as opposed to Josh getting a room.

I believe Andi knew who would be F1 and who would be F2 after HTD and that means that the show had to film only one scene on the LCD with F1 (the evening portion of the LCD with the gift) but TWO scenes with F2 (the evening portion of the LCD and the gift AND the dumping scene of F2). Because they wanted different backgrounds for these two scenes with F2 (to foil the SC sleuthers ) they put F2 in a suite with more room to do two seemingly different scenes with different backgrounds. Of course thanks largely to Momoftrips - I think we've figured out that there were two scenes shot in Nick's room from different angles, so they didn't foil the sleuthers after all, but I would give them an "A" for effort.

Josh did have a suite.....

They made my Prince look upset being rejected in the limo while in fact he was just being nervous going to FRC. by this reasoning, i am firm in the Smooth Sailing Train :
-Nick has no problem getting Hy's blessing, as opposed to what preview, sneak peak suggesting us *smh*
- Andi 's actual reaction: she is more touche with Nick's gift than Josh, contrary that what has been shown in the snippet *rolling eyes*

Could it be that after Eric died, Andi no longer had it in her to be "acting" with the ones she sends home? They received the news after all the HTDs were done. At that point, Andi painfully chooses Marcus to send home because she knows he in too invested with his feelings and knows that he will not be her final pick. She can't/won't act with him any longer. However, she couldn't let him go early because of the timing of when they received news of Eric.

Once in the DR, TPTB allowed Andi to release Chris before the FS...in honor of Eric. Once Andi had made her final decision regarding her F1, she was allowed to let her F2 go early...in honor of Eric.

I, personally, believe Andi was conflicted between Josh and Nick. I don't think she was acting with either one throughout most of the journey. Hence, why we have two camps so convinced their guy is THE guy. As Emusha posted awhile ago, she had two very different choices to make -- both good. She just needed to figure out which one she wanted.

Once Andi chose (and I think it's Josh), she was allowed to let her F2 go...early. I think it was hard for her because she truly had feelings for Nick, but saw her future with Josh.

I think the ending this year is being served up so clearly to us to honor Eric. The season is dedicated to him. Her "poker face" was Eric's beef with Andi. TPTB allowed her to take it down after his death...and in turn, they stopped trying to hide the ending...to honor Eric.

Again, just my theory...

Agreed! I think that Andi was truly torn between Nick and Josh until FS, I don't think she knew during Nick's date but i think she knew after Josh's. I noticed the shift at the FS rose ceremony as Andi's eyes kept seeking Josh's. During the HT rose ceremony I thought her eyes were seeking Nick's. The first time I have seen Andi's poker face with Nick was in that clip when he gave her the gift, she knew it was Josh IMO.

The only thing about this theory and how TPTB are going about it that I don't like are CH comments on both the guys and that Josh is "been there done that" where as Nick is "what she aspires to have", I just don't feel with Andi picking Josh these statements really flow into the theme of the season being dedicated to Eric IMO, and to me I don't think it is true to Josh at all, he is more than just an athlete but why aren't they showing us that.

Am I the only one who is not a fan of side boobs?

I'm ok with it, if it is the only thing on show. Like the old 'legs vs cleavage' debate.
