Finale/After the Final Rose March 10

The writers for Life & Style Magazine aren't noted for their journalistic integrity. You may recall the cover of Sean Lowe with the headlines stating "Virgin Bachelor's Double Life" along with "Wedding Off" and "Caught With Other Women". Mama Lowe tweeted the photo of the cover recently while demonstrating her scrap booking skills. Do we presume that they checked their facts on these stories and that they were true as well? Yeah, probably not a source that I would trust.   

It's harmless fun to watch a reality tv show and chat about it with others that do the same. Personally I can't envision myself trying to track down home addresses, financial status and other personal information of those appearing on the show. But that's just me. As to stating as fact gossip gleaned from various "sources" - nope, can't imagine that either.

This thought has crossed my mind as well.  I am liking him less.  I liked Andi so we shall see how she does.  I still like Sharleen and Kelly.  Otherwise this season was meh to me.

If you are talking about the info I posted, it's public info and very easily researched. If someone goes on a reality tv show, they need to be prepared for all manner of invasions of privacy, the least of which is items that are in the public domain.

You can only blame TPTB for so long. That deleted scene where he is talking to CH about oceangate was pretty telling. He IS insensitive and rude. TPTB are just running with what is actually there IMO. I gave him the benefit of the doubt for most the season, but in the end I sure would not want my daughter with him. I question his parents too. It's just bizarre that they would say something negative about their son on television. If his own parents can throw him under the bus, can we blame TPTB? In fact his storyline/edit may have been born out of MTP. They are confirming it.

As far as the money situation, I have no idea if that article is true or not, but there have also been stories that Carla sued him for back child support. Again, no idea if it's true. He's probably a nice enough person as a friend, just not someone to be romantically involved with IMO. I do think it's a bad idea to sign up for this show precisely because of this type of thing. He has some problems, but the crime doesn't fit the punishment. It's a nightmare for him, especially in light of him supposedly wanting to make his daughter proud. I have a feeling it will get worse at the AFTR because I suspect Nikki has broken up with him.

There is another deleted scene talking to CH about Andi. Doesnt look good for JP. Apparently the plan is to release one video per day till the finale!!!! He is in for a rough ride.

Hi Bean!  :WAVEY: I know I can respond even if I find very little fault in how he handled Andi. I honestly feel by week 2 or 3(not episodes), he knew there were only two candidates he felt had the potential of a lifelong partner. Sharlene and Nikki. Yes, he enjoyed the company of Andi, Clare and Renee but whatever he was looking for, he didn't find it in them. He pissed TPTB off when he didn't do his part in being more convincing so they could create their storyline and keep their audience invested. As the clocked ticked down he knew he was not suited to be TB that required much more role playing. He SUCKS at it. Being his type of honest is not everyone's cup of tea. I think I read he was working on that... HA HA I do feel regarding Andi if she had expressed how he made her feel in private and left the argumentative tone out of the conversation, he would have been a different listener. He tried to shut it down and ees okay was all there was left (in his eyes) to say. With cameras rolling and an environment contolled by TPTB and their manipulating Andi...at that point, what's the point? It's a losing battle. I do think Andi's feelings helped him understand how he may come across so kudos to her. It was not a lost cause. Regarding JP and his season...I've watched a guy forced (in his eyes) to hurt people. I've never seen a lead's heart be so hurt by saying good bye. He's one of the most caring leads or the most caring(in my eyes) I've seen. I haven't seen any role playing at RC. As the season wore on, he appears to be just plain worn out from emotional exhaustion. Now how that equates at FRC, I'm not sure but I have a good idea. As for ATFR, after TPTB has so happily had the time of their life editing him and his season, I wish he would grab his F1's hand ( if there is one), get up...both bend over and tell CH to kiss their azz and exit stage left and never look back!

I can agree with both these posts, actually. We really know so little of the real person here. I am so sick of the feeding frenzy though. Thanks for turning the thread around for a minute at least. I don't know about anyone else, but my husband isn't Prince Charming all the time either (and I am not Snow White) and we have managed to stay together and have a strong family for over 35 years.
