Have to keep the audience guessing until the very end, especially when JP is being a rebel and keeps posting that darn deleted Venezuelan hat scene with Nikki...what are we up to now? Six times? Or is it seven?  :giggle:

It is, however, produced by the same team that is editing the show who could have just as easily put together a different clip regarding the bracelets he gave out.
I think it was on twitter he was asked why he never talked about Venezula on the show to which he said it just wasn't shown"

So the edit did not hide Nikki what so ever JMO

Nikki only one time that wasn't shown and that was Vietnam & one other
Clare - the only time Clare & JP's 1:1 at a RC was shown was Vietnam and Korea

I can go on….but Nikki I believe was not hidden this season

It's possible Clare doesn't have as many followers because she isn't hidden and maybe people don't like her.    I was talking about Clare's edit and not Nikki's. Nikki isn't as hidden as Catherine was but neither was Emily. The f1 can have different edits based on what's happened on dates but the f2 women have often gotten the chemistry edit, they're not there to make friends but to get more time with the guy, causes some drama, are emotional (remember Clare running into the house after seeing Sharleen & JP kissing?), etc.

Posting these videos is ridiculous, IMO even though I know TPTB like to stir up things! I started to watch the one with Clare, and then changed my mind since that was from an earlier episode and I didn't see the need to continue since we are past that. Same thing with the video about Andi leaving. If they keep showing these kinds of videos, then I don't need to watch them.

So okay…I went to the abc and I have to say another thing that is weird is…
Have we ever have the following before:

#1 - Nikki's & JP Love story -  the only video to show their love story is one video and that is the deleted scene that wasn't even broadcasted…..yes the popular venezuela hat video.  Clare's love story has three videos and all of them were broadcasted on the show.

#2 - They recently loaded Nikki vs. Clare videos…..and one of the videos is the deleted one of Andi and Nikki and I believe it was even different then the one posted after the show….

Can someone please let me know if they have seen this before…..even in the Vienna vs. Ali feelings they didn't show it like this…. just weird...

With Desiree's the show did a whole 'get to know Chris' page. Anything like that this time?

The only thing I can come up with is that they have noticed that Andi received negative feedback from fans after her argument with JP and they want to validate her concerns. Maybe they want everyone to love their new lead so they are really sticking it to JP in the process. Why not? He's been "difficult" all along anyway. What better way than to make her the voice of reason in all of this? It kind of kills two birds with one stone.

But I don't know. I just wanted to post again so that the Reid fans could get a quick fix.

I had the same question.  The only answer I can come up with is so that we understand why F1, and possibly F2 dump JP.  If JP were going to ride happily off into the sunset with either Nikki or Clare, TPTB would want to paint this as another in a series of recent successes.

I agree. It seems likely that there will be no proposal, but would that be enough for TPTB to go this route? The only thing that makes me think that he and Nikki walk away dating is the "little package" photos if indeed that rumor is true. Would they have an AFTR if there is no couple?

I was trying to figure out why Nikki suddenly started wearing backless tops for half of each date.
