The whole "point" is just to inventory what all Juan says of these ladies,. No... I do not have ALL of his lines for Nikki posted here, but there are plenty of Eagle Ears here analyzing her footage who can add to this list.

Last night I had a great night with Clare. She’s sexy. She’s got something that I like and I’ll be thinking a LOT about her… but today’s a new day. I can’t wait to see Nikki.

She is just gorgeous and she’s smart and sexy too. I have very good feelings for both of them and so it is hard.

(avoiding the cave climb discussion) I’m proud of her. She was very scared, but she did well.

(after reviewing date) She overcame her fears and, you know, I am glad to be part of it. Y’know, and I’m proud of her. Tonight we are having dinner and this cave is better. I like thi one a lot.

Her heart is just fantastic. She cares a lot about other people and that too is attractive to me. She makes a lot of people smile and she makes me smile, so… it’s… I like Nikki.

Nikki has been absolutely fantastic today. I’m liking how she thinks. I’m liking her heart a lot. I’m seeing good potential with her and, I’m like, hmmm… this is a potential wife right here.

Today is my second 1 on 1 date with Nikki and I have a little surprise for her. I feel great about this date. It is gonna be very good.

Camilla’s my everything and it just feels good to be able to share her dance recital with Nikki.

Camilla gets along very well with people and she did very well with Nikki. The little time we talked and she talked to her was perfect. Nikki was great. I cannot say a bad thing about today. Having Nikki there was perfect. She felt great. I felt great and I think my family feels very good about Nikki.

(After reviewing date) Now it is time for the night. The surprises keep coming and I like that. We’re going tonight to Marlin’s Park which is my office.

Nikki is thinking ‘How do I fit in here?’ And it is great that it is a thoughtful question. She is thinking and I like that. And she took a little step today. She went to the recital. That’s how you fit. Just be your self. Hanging out and doing things with family and that’s it.

Today was a great day with Nikki. It was great. We went to the recital and saw Camilla and met my parents. I feel happy because she tied everything today. Just makes me happy. If she’s enjoying, I’m enjoying. I feel comfortable. I feel easy. I feel that I can talk, I can hang out an hold her hand. I just feel it.

My relationship with Nikki has been progressing a lot since our 1 on 1 date. She is very special. Every time I am with her, I feel great, happy and we just get along so well that I love it.

She takes me to Oklahoma Joe's Barbecue. I didn't even know what that was. The spicy barbecue sauce... Uh! (followed by an onscreen "Uh".) Barbecue ribs and chicken barbecue, fries with spicy barbecue sauce. It was amazing. I had a blast eating with Nikki. Ah man. I will get fat eating that barbecue every day. Oh yes.

I've never done bull riding before obviously. It's something she likes to do and why not? I was a little scared. Honestly, I was  uuuuhh... I was toughing it up. But I did my best to hold on to that bull and not fall.

Today is my overnight with Nikki. My first overnights were great. I have no complaints with the other two girls at all. I got to see Clare in a bikini all day. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrllll. And every time I get t hang out with Andi, it is just gets better and better. I saved my last overnight with Nikki because I like what I am going to be doing today a lot. / Today is very important spending the whole day with Nikki. If she wants to spend the whole night? Perfect.

Nikki is very pretty. She’s sexy. She’s a very good kisser too. Hmmm… que rico, ay que rico. (Maybe not the same as “on fire” with Clare, but it will do. The next line comes from Nikki: “This is like something you see in a movie. This isn’t real life.”)

She is very happy. I can see it in her smile. I saw that smile as soon as she saw her family and I saw her smile today. So… I know she’s excited.

My date with Nikki went so good today. Ay ay ay. Can’t wait for tonight, though. Can’t wait for tonight.

I love kissing Nikki. She’s a good kisser. I cannot wait to learn more about Nikki. I cannot wait and my intention is for her to get to see the real me.

Also included a few other lines that aren’t so much about Clare, but humor me. Since I included some conversation "sections" to the Nikki post earlier, I will add some to Clare (particularly the hometown)

Episode #1:

Clare intro: “A man that loves his daughter that much, I think, he can love me that much”

Juan: Is there somebody else in the limo? Oh my gosh!
Clare arriving “knocked up”: Hey… what do you know about this? Ha ha!
Juan (instantly touches her on the belly): ooooh
Clare (hugging): I’m Clare
Juan (can’t stop looking below): Hi Clare. I’ve seen that before.
Clare: Yah? So… I know you have a daughter. (Yes) And I know you want more children. (Yes) And I was thinking maybe…
Juan (ready to lunge at her): Having more children?
Clare (talking at the same time): Adding to it.
Juan: Maybe. That’s great.
Clare: Wanna feel? So not real. It’s lumpy for me, right?
Juan: You look gorgeous with that belly.
Clare: Thankyou. So I’ll go inside and play with some of the girls… and then we’ll talk later?
Juan (totally G-O-N-E): Sure. (Watching her leave) Nice pretty girl. She’s very cute. Hoooh!!

Chris Harrison: Who did you choose for the first date?
Juan: Clare! (clap!) She’s someone that I think… she’s very cute, um, she seems very fun, um, I want to see her on a serious…

Episode #2

I love doin’ surprises, so being El Bachelor lets me give a lot of surprises… so it is gonna be great to surprise Clare. She’s gonna freak out.

When I first saw Clare in the limo I remember her being very funny, clever, happy, easy going… so I planned this spectacular date tonight and I can’t wait to see her reaction… because (impish smile) it is gonna be a great night.

I’m lovin’ it because her reaction was great. Looking at her smiling is better than a million bucks.

I think Clare is very cute and she’s fun and she jokes around. I can see myself with Clare having a good life with Camilla.

Tonight Clare talked to me about her dad and things that I would like to know about her. I’m glad that she’s here and that she’s able to open up a little bit and I want her to feel like she is safe and she can open up more. / If you had a father who treated you like a princess, you want a man who treats you like a princess… though. Why would you not have that standard? We have high standards. Clare and I definitely have high standards on relationships, so… I want her to stay because I enjoy being with her. Just feels like it is right.

Love is very important to me. I want to have that person I can wake up every day with. So I am looking forward to see how this adventure will keep growing because I feel happy with Clare.

Episode #3

Episode #4

Clare’s great. She says “Please tell me we’re not gonna eat octopus.” I says “hooooh. So you don’t wanna eat octopus?” That’s gonna be the first thing I’m gonna give you. You just made the worst mistake of your life. Ha ha!

(Have to toss in Kelly’s very tasteless line here: “Clare’s the most dramatic person I’ve ever seen. Her piece was literally this big… and I KNOW you’ve swallowed BIGGER things than that.”)

To Chris Harrison later: She comes to me. I hope we don’t eat octopus! I was, like, I just couldn’t wait to find the first octopus place in the street to buy so she could eat it! She ate octopus! Then I gave her choc-O-late.

I know I said I wasn’t gonna kiss anybody but she iizzzzz sex-ieeee. She’s hhhhot. Her teeth, her lips... I’m helpless. Yeah. I don’t even know what to do. (Clare: “Do I have choc-O-late breath?” Juan: “It’s OK. Me too.”) I wasn’t gonna kiss her but I couldn’t help it. Y’know, it just feels right. It feels very right, now.

Cut from the main show: Juan telling Clare “this is the real deal”.

Episode #5

So me and Clare… we got stuck in these trees and the girls were kinda far ahead so… why not? Just give her a little besitos. Why not? It was the right moment. Right time. Right place. Right girl. Perfect.

I took her to my suite. I just wanted to have a good time with her and make her feel special. Let her know that I feel comfortable with her. She tried many things and getting her out of her comfort zone and I’m liking that a lot about Clare.

Clare… today she opened up a little bit so… obviously I want her to feel comfortable. I feel if she’s comfortable, I’ll get to know more about that Clare that I want to know.

Oh my gosh! Clare. She’s on fire… en llamas… en llamas. Aye aye aye.

The waves were wild… and we got a little wild too, ‘cause obviously there’s this ‘thing’ that we have that I don’t think (hardly) anybody else (I have) in the house.

Last night I had a great night with Clare. She’s sexy. She’s got something that I like and I’ll be thinking a LOT about her… but today’s a new day. I can’t wait to see Nikki.

Maybe I made a mistake the other night, taking it too far with Clare? Was I fair going with Clare to the ocean? No, I wasn’t fair to the other ten girls in the house.

Episode #6

As a dad, the hardest part of this process is that I am always missing Camilla. Last week, I got in big trouble with Clare. I made her upset. This is a learning process for me. In this case, I’m LOST here. I’m still figuring out my boundaries… ‘cause it not just me. It’s gonna be me and my daughter. Now, today, it is Clare’s second 1 on 1 and I’m looking forward to talking to her.

Do I ‘know’ Clare? Yeah, I ‘know’ her, but do I need to ‘know’ her more? Yeah, I need to ‘know’ more about her. Tonight I just want to make sure we reset. That’s all I want.

Clare just has something going on that is so attractive to me that I don’t even know what to say.

Dah---ham! Whoooh! I get hot talking about Clare.

Clare is just something else. I love to see her change. I love that she didn’t bolt ‘cause I see a future here and I want to know more about her life. At the end of the day I’m gonna end up this adventure with somebody. She could be the one.

Episode #7

When Clare says the following lines, the camera stays focused on...

Episode #8... underlined just two lines of interest for ME. May not be significant.

I’m so excited to be here today. When I’m with Clare, I feel… I feel good. Clare’s beautiful, she’s smart and I have a good time every time I’m with her and I smile and that’s just great.

I’m glad that I’m here where she feels safe. That’s why I like hometowns. Out here, I’m not even going to ask her what we’re going to do. I’m gonna go with the flow and let her take charge and take me wherever she wants.

Now I understand why Clare was so closed to the world because she’s sharing unbelievable things to me that I will never forget. / She’s opening up and giving it a chance and I’m here giving her a chance too because… I like that girl.

Clare is one of six daughters. She’s the youngest. She’s so happy. Y’know… it has been almost eight weeks since she’s seen her family. Seeing the sisters get all excited, it makes me… y’know… smile.

Sister conversation: I have a question. It is kinda direct. I know you have four left… four girls to choose from and obviously you are at the point of considering her as a wife. Do you think she would be a great wife and are you ready to propose to her in the next week or two?
Juan: You know what… I’m here for that. She’s here and I’m here for a reason. At first, it was more attraction… a physical attraction. And then… um… but now, every day, I get to know her more I’m… hmmm… You know it is how she speaks about your dad and, y’know, I’m like… hooooh… I gotta go like this because every time she talks to me, I put myself in her shoes and I want Camilla one day to say my dad is this this this this and I want a man like my dad to be with me all my life. So…
Lisa: My dad was just the ultimate southern gentleman and Juan Pablo seems that way. I was just picturing in my head, saying: Clare, this is why you waited so long. This is why… because you finally found some one like him that is deserving of your love. And he would be very proud and happy for her. I know. I know he would.

Clare’s totally uncomfortable. Y’know, Clare didn’t want me to talk to Laura and then I said “It’s OK. Just let me talk. Just don’t worry about it. Maybe she’s a little scared of her sister saying something. I don’t know.

Laura: I just feel very protective of her.
Juan: That’s good.
Laura: She’s our baby and we just want, more than anything, for Clare to be happy… and I feel like my two younger sisters don’t have my dad here to say “this is the person I’m interested in spending my life with “ or anything like that… and my dad was such a central part of everything.
Juan: I understand everything perfectly fine and I appreciate you talking to me and telling me because she’d talk to me a lot about your dad an I think that is one of the reasons I am sitting in this chair, right here, because when she talks about her dad and when says “I want a man like my dad”, I was like… “Am I the man? Am I like her dad? I don’t know, y’know. She told me many stories and that is why I am sitting in this chair, because I’d like to meet all of you and get to know you better. I will know why Clare is the way she is. This is her family, so I understand. I am very family oriented.
Laura: Family is our big thing. We might no have the best and fanciest of everything else… (That’s fine)… but we have each other, so I’ll go inside if you want to chit-chat…

After we talked for a little bit, y’know, Laura decided to leave for me to have some quality time with her mom and we spoke a little Spanish. I felt like at home.

Things are going well with Clare and, at this point, her mother’s approval will mean a lot.

She is so understandable about the whole situation. I am… wow. I like this lady. She is amazing.

Episode #9

Today I start with Clare. I can’t wait to see her. We’re gonna have a blast here.

Humorous conversation here…
Clare: We have all day.
Juan: I know... and all night.
Clare: No time limit.
Juan: And all night.
Clare: Maybe
Juan: I know
Clare: You’ll never know.
Juan: I know. I see your face.

Tonight is the second part of my date with Clare. There’s dinner and the fantasy suite card. / It was great spending all day with Clare. When you have somebody and you spend quality time, that’s when you get to know this person. And you see the chemistry and you have to see a lot of things. Tonight is a great night to figure out how I feel about Clare. / Fantasy suite is total privacy. No cameras. It’s gonna be the two of us and it is gonna be easy. It’s gonna be relaxed and we are gonna get to know each other better… a LOT better… but, y’know, at the end of the day, I have to keep my eyes open and make sure I don’t make a mistake.

Watching that scene….I still would like to know why is abc / the franchise doing this. Have they ever done this before…..and why now just before the FRC….and even ATFR ….. any thoughts out there? I can't come up with one ….YET

I had the same question. The only answer I can come up with is so that we understand why F1, and possibly F2 dump JP. If JP were going to ride happily off into the sunset with either Nikki or Clare, TPTB would want to paint this as another in a series of recent successes.

It's all about the ratings! How many previews have we ever had towards the end that showed positive happy previews?

Okay….in Brad's 1.0 he road off into the sunset with a no pick and tptb didn't do this…..but if both girls leave also that would make 4 girls walking off the bachelor and that alone will not look good so why add fuel to the fire that is already lite and burning……….it isn't making me want to watch it more….(understanding this is only online not televised) just so interesting.
