MF always chimes in like that but never listens. Sarah Herron said she'd like to be the next ette. I think she would be a great choice. They've run the show enough with single guys and gals. To do someone with a disability I think would be a huge success. People need to learn the difficulties people with disabilities have. But to know we are all human and deserve love as well.

Speaking from experience. I have birthdefects so I know what she has gone through. Yet in my day and age it wasn't as well talked about. You all think dances, dates, proms etc are just routine and people go. NO that isn't true. I wasn't asked to dances, proms and very little dates. That's why I have felt so blessed in life that I have had to loves. One for 13 years and now my second for 25.

I loved Sarah in her season but didn't as much afterwards, Iluvbachette. She seemed to be trying to make a name for herself and appeared to be going for a bit of a cool persona that came across as mean. She was one of those who threw the gay label on Drew. That turned me off. Prior to that I was all for her being a lead.

I hope they reconsider Andi, if they have indeed chosen her. The public seems to not like her as much since what happened on Tuesday night. ABC either misjudged the public's reaction to it, or used it as a test to see if Andi would be a good choice.

I'm pretty sure a lot of people didn't like Ali after her overdone crying when she left Jake's season but she was a popular Bachelorette. I think Andi's the best choice of the non f1.

Plenty of people still like Andi and admire what she did to expose the "dark underbelly" of this show. I posted two op-eds adressing this over in the media thread.  :Smiley:

Whoa! She's admired for exposing this show? Why? Is she stupid? She didn't know the yuck factor of this show before she signed up?
I'm assuming that she is smart because she is a lawyer. But complaining about JP and blaming him for not falling in love is wrong. They are both at fault for "not thinking" with their heads.

I think she's very manipulative and dishonest. Didn't she think that something was wrong when she wasn't getting a one on one date until the end? I'm thinking that she was chosen by the producers from the very beginning to be the next bach. I've read that in the beginning the lead chooses 4-5 top people they think they will take to the end. Some are "suggested" by the producers....
Anyway, she played her game well, and got to the end. Her entire journey was bizarre. She was going hot & cold. It's obvious now why she stayed. She wanted the gig(Bach).

How can she say that it took the FS for her to turn 180 and hate JP? I am not buying her BS. If you recall they had a conversation just before the FS. JP told Andi that he was thinking a lot about her, Fl bar exam, if she's a good mother....and then he said something interesting: "Because when I'm gone you'll be at home watching her (paraphrasing)..." Andi just smiled and then they went into the FS.

C'mon people, that was a HUGE red flag that he is looking for a babysitter, because HIS life will be important, and not hers. I will say this that maybe she was a little nervous around the cameras and didn't listen well to what he was saying, and maybe after the FS she went over everything in her mind and realized whoa! he's not for me! However, her approach to blame only him, when it seems that he was being himself all the time, and she CHOSE not to hear it is lame and wrong. She's not all that smart in relationship areas. Yes, JP seems shallow and uninteresting, but she's not pulling the wool over my head. Her time is coming. I cannot wait to see what MF will cook up for her.

I don't think Andi was blaming JP for not falling in love with her. That's certainly not what she said. What came across to me was that she was disappointed that JP didn't try to get to know her beyond the superficial stuff. They didn't have deeper conversations about religion or background. I agree with JP that she should have brought that up in the FS, but Andi's response was that when she tried to talk to JP, he would interrupt with a story of his own or a request for "besitos". I think she was just really, REALLY frustrated and that translated into anger.

She will have to sift through the ones that are coming on to be the next bachelor. Most of the guys are interest in being the lead.

Just had a chance to watch the show last night.  Oh, Andi, Andi, Andi.  How do I love thee?  Let me count the ways.  I love how you elicited that blank stare when asking JP what religion you practiced, what your politics were.  I love how you declared that you hoped JP knew that the date went poorly KNOWING that the editors were likely splicing it with JP talking about how great it went.  But most of all I love you for the conversation about being a default; causing JP to emphatically deny using the word default because he had literally no idea what it meant.  Good times.  Good times.

Once again, how bad in bed is this guy?  Usually the dim bulbs get at least a day of afterglow grace period from their much smarter companions.  And thanks JP for telling me that it's OK so I can be entertained and not feel bad that someone's actually getting hurt.  That was comedy gold all around!

I'm just going off what I'm reading here, but it doesn't seem that big a deal to me. Now, if one of the Final 2 did that, THEN I would be impressed.

I still totally believe that Andi said that due to finally figuring out she was strung out for story purposes. I mean, her friend ends up with him and she gets to be the next Bachelorette and that's what she most likely wanted anyway.

I've seen some pictures here and I sure hope she does something with her hair, because it looks awful!
