I just don't understand why they picked him except to help themselves. I wanted Zak W to be the bachelor, I thought he was funny and if they removed a little of the orange spray tan and made him drink enough coffee and red wine to dull the over white teeth he would have been a blast. So I was not a fan of this choice. But if you chose him as the bachelor, then help him out, don't kill him.

Travis the doctor was even less emotional then this and they were half as mean to him on the edit and interactions with CH.

Too funny. I loved Zak too and you are right on with those makeover tips.

As soon as I saw the cast, I thought it was weird. I assumed we'd see a more diverse cast, some of latin background at least. It's like they didn't cast for him to be successful at all. They've been even less and less helpful to him since. I don't think he at all realized what he was getting himself into.

Totally agree. I really liked Andi - until tonight. I just thought she came across as bitchy. I really don't get her point about "okay". To me, that was more of a "I understand how you feel". What else did she want him to say?

I also concur. I couldn't believe how self absorbed she sounded tonight. I can't believe ABC is making her the next Bachelorette.

Well, she just saw him for who he was and was shocked. I totally got her point, she just was not able to get over it. But she understood it at the end, that there was no point to talk to him about that, he doesn't see himself! I feel sorry for him, poor guy, he doesn't understand what they want from him! no no

I heard him ask many times what they were thinking and saying "tell me". She did not think it was important to discuss things that mattered to her but kept harping on how hard it was and he made her feel better by kissing her and giving her the rose which made her happy and giddy. She wanted to leave and she should have stood up like Sharlene and left instead of all the nonsense she sprouted.
He dealt with each person according to what they gave him. It was naive of him, honest but naive.

I also no longer like Andi. Not looking forward to her season at all. The only reason I'll probably tune in is because of the guys - if there are any guys who really are interested in dating a wolverine. Probably the only guys who will want to be on the show are either guys who like to be dominated, or want to be on TV. Very bummed.

Do not get why they are skewering JPG. Because of his gay comments a few weeks ago? It did not seem to get that much traction. Let it go. I think JPG is not a good communicator, regardless of his language barrier. He is best at communicating physically. Some people are like that. It doesn't make them bad. Just unskilled with knowing how to get to know others. And if that is the kind of person who isn't your type, don't blast them for it. Say they're not what you're looking for and move on!

You know, when I was signing in just now I was curious how everyone else viewed and what they thought about last night. I have like JP from the beginning. I think he has been doing the best he can and the language/cultural difficulties have been huge! I agree with the people saying that TPTB are throwing him under the bus BIG TIME!! I don't think they have EVER thrown ANYONE (man or woman) under the bus like this! I feel so bad for JP. I am sure that they picked him because of the fact that he is Latino and, oh yeah, he is hot AND a single dad - so it really makes me disgusted with how TPTB are treating him!!!

I had really, really liked Andi and I figured that her being TB would be great, now I'm not even sure I will watch it!! It was like she had a split personality from the day/night before to the day after. It was like watching an audition for TB.

I understand her frustration and everything and she was right to leave if they didn't have that connection but the way she just kept going on and on and on really made her seem like a b#@&^! She was like a dog with a bone and wouldn't stop.

Well I can see Andi's point, when you get down to the final 3 and you felt like you had a connection with someone. I would hope the guy would have alittle more to say than it's ok... I mean really.. It's okay. Not anything more?
I feel bad for Nikki and Clare who are left. JP seems bored and going thru the motions. Except for maybe checking out Nikki's tops or what little she has on..
