JBF - Jason's Seattle date was the one prior to the HTDs as well F6. It was Melissa's second 1on1 date.

So, nd, I'm curious as to your thoughts. Who are you leaning towards as F1 right now...or is it still up in the air for you? Putting your personal feelings aside, do you think Clare could be F1?

If... let's say... Nikki visits Camilla, I won't be surprised since she works with children a lot. Also it would be a nice curve-ball to confuse viewers, when Nikki turns out to be simply the first of two meeting her. Could even be the source of friction between her and Clare... and cast more "doubt" with Clare regarding her relationship with Juan. Ryan Bowers was the first to SEE Ricki in Emily's season, while Jef only saw her at the tail-end.

I was thinking of a potential switcheroo ever since Jason's youtube videos mysteriously and abruptly disappeared. Uh oh... I was thinking. Just what does Fleiss have simmering on that back burner of his? Yet, despite Clare resembling Molly a bit and Nikki resembling Melissa a bit, somehow the "vibe" isn't the same.

Melissa, by the way, almost met Little Ty (Jason's not Melissa's) on an early date in Seattle. They were both in the same house as I recall. Since the videos clips are no longer available for viewing, I had to go to Entertainment Weekly's site for a recap. Like Ryan, she just saw Ty without talking to him:

When Melissa arrives at the houseboat, she immediately starts tidying up Ty's toys and the half-eaten pizza from dinner because, you know, that's what women do: ''I went in, did the role, cleaned it all up, and sat on the couch and waited.'' Once Jason comes downstairs, she slips into something more comfortable, which in this case is shorts and a T-shirt — though I'm guessing anything would be more comfortable than her strapless gown that's held up by a sparkly boob snake. And while Jason says he's ''not quite ready'' for any of the women to meet Ty yet, he lets Melissa peek at him while he's sleeping. That would just kill the ''ladies'' if they knew: they're all moping because Melissa is spending time with Jason at ''home'' with Ty in the next room. ''I think all of us were just really jealous,'' sighs Jillian.

Now... Clare just got the "comfy" date so far, while both Melissa and Molly got casual dates. My guess is that Nikki will also get "casual".

Notice, JP keep saying " I don't want to make a mistake", to me it looks like he is going to make a mistake and change his mind.
Also, when he was saying "there are a few women, I am not very clear on", the camera points on Kassandra, Sharlean, and Chelsea. Kassandra is gone so....next?
Chelsea is the one who twitted about the show, asking fans to watch it last night! What is that mean?

I thought she tweeted so we wouldn't miss the hilarious Talk To The Cows scene.

Yes I do think she could be F1. As in - I am not ruling her out. BUT it is still up in the air for me so I'm not declaring her F1 and I guess till I see the twirl I will still be wondering   .

Since the SCs don't lie I say Nikki and Clare as the F2 and BTW you were so clever to link the episode description with the lack of SCs for Andi. I do think something goes down with Andi around the FDs.

IF that pans out, then again going back to SCs - it is entirely possible that the other F2 (Nikki) does not get an LCD date because we don't have LCD SCs for her either ! The horse ride is her FD date and we have nothing for Nikki on LCDs !!!!

Remember last season ??? The SCs told the story in the season preview. No Brooks romantic date (just him dumping Des) and Drew with FD and then LCD -got rejected on a beach.

Having said all this - I hope JP wakes up and smells the stale coffee and see how he's been played all season long. I read CHs Q&A and he is as puzzled as I was that JP didn't really end up apologizing yet Clare bounced back right as rain to continue her fake journey. Ugh. Sorry Clare fans but she just gets more annoying by the episode.

He apologized in his blog. I guess not loud enough.

The next day I felt guilty because Clare got more time with me than the other women. I regretted giving Clare the extra time. Also, I didn't think it was a good example for my daughter to watch daddy going into the ocean with a girl at night. I already had a great day with her and even taking her to my pool was something that I should not have done. Honestly, my mistake.

He did not actually apologize on the show. I wasn't talking about his blog.
And even his blog does not apologize to her. He says his actions on the date and that night were a mistake. He said nothing about how he handled Clare and that situation was a mistake. That is not an apology at all.

nd, thanks for your response. IF, IF, IF all of our interpretations of the caps are correct, then it's looking more and more likely Clare is F1...to me. Why give us everything else in the previews, but leave off the most important if Nikki is F1? But I guess who says TPTB ever try to make sense...such a weird season.

Ooof! I think we can write off Nikki as a candidate for next Bachelorette. Flip a coin and pick either Renee or Andi. The editors would NOT show a future lead being this angry and competitive, unless they plan to really trash her season. Clare simply turns and walks away but Nikki is continuing the battle.

Clare was accused of being territorial on the group dates, but Nikki is going one step further: "She thought she's playing some territory that might not be hers". Nikki has not had a group date with Clare so she missed out on all of that other action. Yet she did see Clare crying in Vietnam after her time with Juan. What is most peculiar is that we have a high ratio of shots showing Andi sitting next to Nikki in group settings. Andi is frequently commenting on Juan's attraction towards Clare. Is she informing Nikki... or keeping her in the dark?

Her line "I just want to be done with this" suggests she is not head-over-heels in love with Juan as she pretends to be (although she probably thinks he's cute in pink underwear). More sinister still... they are alternating shots of her with Sharleen. Sharleen is being honest in her PI sessions about not feeling this is right.

PS: Just watched the deleted scenes of Nikki discussing Clare and the earlier one of Clare talking about Nikki at abc.com. Yeah, this catfight will be fun.

Which is exactly why we must keep our eyes peeled and not jump into one boat and persist in floating in it.

As for the SCs - it is the lack of them (Andi and Nikki) that is the bigger clue for me rather than the ever presence of Princess Clare.

Are you thinking that there is essentially no F2, ie that only Clare makes it to the end, and that somehow both Andi and Nikki drop out before F2/FRC because of the lack of SCs?

^^Mirzam, that's why I been leaning towards Clare from the beginning. If the caps are indeed telling the story, then it would appear Clare is F1.
