Deal. I tend to have a delayed reaction to these kinds of things and it usually takes me rewatching for it to really get me. Although the moment he sees her walking down the aisle will probably be the closest thing to it.

I'll be jittery all day & the minute Catherine walks down the aisle & sees eye-to-eye with Sean, then all bets are off!  

Funny how they will be getting married in my time zone but will be TV delayed *sigh*

Wow! We are roughly 2 months away from the wedding of the century and I feel my tear ducts are gearing up for a well deserved happy cry.  I am a hopeless romantic and there's no way I'll survive the emotions on that day. It's been a long time coming. :cutesmile!:

I've now read a couple of articles that say that the wedding will be held in Santa Barbara and I thought someone mentioned here that it would be at the Bacara Resort.  However, I just did a bit of investigating.  Baraca still has rooms available for that weekend, but the Four Seasons Biltmore Santa Barbara is completely sold out. This may have already been figured out, but in my opinion the Four Seasons is a much better location.  Very classic with several large ballrooms in case things need to be moved indoors because of inclement weather.

I agree. I actually said the same thing back when they first "announced" (or speculated) about the location. The Four Seasons is also smaller than other spot so they can take over the whole place.... which means we probably won't get those "advance" snapshots like we got for Ashley and JPs wedding- the ones taken by other guests at the hotel.

Well it's officially announced that Jay will be officiating the wedding. L&S has the quotes. I can't bring it over from my phone.

Although we figured this out already, I can't wait to see and hear him.

Bachelor Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici are planning to tie the knot on Jan. 26.

The Bachelor couple Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici have been busy planning their upcoming wedding. And while there are a few details yet to be finalized, Life & Style has learned that Sean's dad will play an integral part in their big day.

Sean, 30, says in the new issue of Life & Style, on stands now, his father will officiate their upcoming January wedding.

“I can’t think of a more godly man to conduct the ceremony,” he tells Life & Style. “My dad has had such a powerful and positive influence on my life, I thought it was only fitting to have him officiate our wedding.”


Sean proposed to Catherine in Thailand on The Bachelor season finale earlier this year. The duo will tie the knot in a live TV special on ABC on Jan. 26.

And while the cameras won't be tagging along to capture any potentially scandalous party games, we've got all the details on what's expected to go down!

Sean and "a handful of his closet guy friends"—including his best friend, Clay Silver, and brother-in-law, Andrew Shull—will enjoy a "rustic getaway" which entails "staying in cabins" at a retreat in Jackson Hole, Wyo., says a source.

Catherine, on the other hand, has her sights set on a decidedly warmer affair. "She's still working on her trip," says a source of the bride-to-be, "But it's most likely Miami. Her friends are being told to pack their bikinis!"

Sounds like a lot of fun with friends! Not to worry, though—Catherine and Sean will have plenty of funds for their own romantic honeymoon. Last month, E! News learned exclusively the couple is getting paid a six-figure sum to get married on TV.

Hey, who can blame them? Love don't cost a thing, but weddings sure do!
