She must have done that recently because I checked Macy's yesterday and no registry! Where is her china and crystal!

"Kids" don't do china anymore. They are more into informal parties and dressier charger plates if they want to go fancy. The basic black and white make that easy to do.

I don't think china and crystal are all that popular anymore. Even single one of my friends/family members who is in their 20s/early 30s and gotten married in the past 3 years hasn't had those kinds of things on their registries.

Now we just have to wait for the Bloomingdales list.

In Texas they do a lot. I have a 27 year old daughter who married a year ago with friends getting married all of the time in both Houston and Dallas and they all register crystal and china.

All their bedding stuff listed on Macy's is white or gray. Seems these two like everything very neutral.

I'll say it again, they're gonna need quite a large kitchen if they get all this stuff. And maybe they will actually eat at home then and not go out/order takeout all the time.

Catherine said in one of the interviews that when they have their own place she would love to cook and stop going out so I am sure that is the plan.

If you purchase from the registry it will be sent directly - the address won't be disclosed to you, but the stores have the shipping address on file. BTW, this is not just for Sean and Catherine but for all brides and grooms.
