gator~breathe in...breathe out. I know emotions are running high right now, but please don't let what someone else thinks or says effect you to the point where you respond with disrespect. The "Foe" button works wonders and that's what it's for. I understand you are frustrated and venting, but it's not worth the price. I don't want you to be banned from this site, but Love and San have to have a set of rules on how we treat each other or the bashing would be worse than a WWF wrestling match. It's been that way before and they had to shut down threads so no one could post in them.

Let's please not comment or respond to disrespectful posts. Just pass by them or Foe the people making them. I love you all and don't want anyone to get banned for responding to someone else's post.  :campfire:

I may vent in a PM to another poster, or leave a questionable smiley face, but I don't normally engage. it's just that some people just love to stand and stomp on that last nerve. but I had a decent sleep last night and am starting fresh today.

I noticed that right after I posted. Thank you! And yes, she's gorgeous. Brooks has good taste and I'm sorry for him that she broke his heart. Poor guy. Someone sure did because he said he was close to marriage before.

Maybe I am reading too much into it but the picture on IG that Michael G posted of Brooks with the hashtag blownaway and Brooks' Vine video of his nephew with the hashtag blownaway, both of which refer to the finale, makes me tgink Brooks was in fact blown away that Des was engaged. Maybe he really was thinking, if she is still single than she really meant it when she said she loved him. Or maybe he was blownaway from the fact she confessed she loved him, yet was able to get engaged to Chris. Maybe he felt she really wasn't the girl he thought she was and therefore unfollowed her from Twitter. Who knows!!! I am analyzing this way too much!!!

First time to post here.  I like Brooks.  His was honest and genuine about how he felt.  I believed if he found love it may or may not be in a controlled environment, he wont have a hard time articulating how he feel. Honestly he was kind enough not to articulate it out coz the mere idea of breaking up with somebody already hurt. Articulating and honestly saying it loud "I'm not into you ...cant you see it?" is brutal.  He is a gentleman up to the end. He is probably ecstatic right now that the season is over.  He came for a right reason on the show but it hurts to find out that he didn't find love at the end.  Wish him well on his future lovelife coz he keep it real. He is far from wishy washy as CH described him.  Desiree is. I don't want to explain it in detail. This is not the avenue to express it. Thank you for the space.

I agree with you. Desiree is the wishy-washy one. Now all I can say is thank goodness Brooks stayed away so no one could accuse him of that.

Certainly he wasn't wishy washy when it came to the "heart" of the matter, much to our chagrin since we wanted him to return. Many other contestants have felt the back and forth of emotions during the season of wondering how they are feeling, how is the lead feeling about them because there is so much time between 1 on 1 dates, and all that goes on inbetween and on group dates. Des knows that, she felt that way during Sean's season, and she understood that in Brooks. CH knows that full well, too, that it wasn't only Brooks who's ever felt like that. It turns out, Brook stayed 100% true to himself, and his convictions and he's to be commended for that.

I think he was surprised that she was engaged and that's why he was so nervous. I don't think he wanted her back though. We won't really know for sure!

I wish someone had asked him if he regretted going on this show. I mean you know the premise. But maybe it was all way more uncomfortable than he ever imagined.
