I don't know why it's so hard to believe that Desiree is engaged to Brooks. She's made it clear, it's him or nobody.

Well maybe because he said she's not the love of his life, he's not in love with her, he doesn't miss her when he's away, he doesn't even need to explore it any further on the FD....and the RC is 5 days after that.

And then she tells him she loves him and only wants to be with him and this is a revelation to him, and he he didn't expect that and doesn't want to leave and starts to regret almost immediately what he's done and wants her is just begging her to ask him to stick around, to help him out of the hole he's just dug for himself, and now he's thinking and questioning himself and is starting to toy with the words "I love you."

He certainly is a slow, stubborn one, but I bet you he loves deeply.

So in other words, he should force something that is not there for the sake of Desiree's feelings.  I don't think Brooks comes back, all the interviews, and social media posts indicate it is over.  CH even said that "Brooks almost forced himself into loving Des, which is something he would have regretted later."

LOL, well, enough of the merry-go-round. He did tell CH and Des that he doesn't love Des. His mother and sister said that he should be feeling it by now. I am thinking they know he doesn't just by his demeaner. I could be wrong, but I really don't know how much clearer that can be coming from him that he just isn't into her in a love kind of way.

So, if they didn't have that juicy tidbit to spoil, that kind of makes me think there may be other unspoiled things out there as well.

Drew being F3, what makes you so certain of that considering he does have a MTP and a LCD as well as Chris. Only the F2 get that. Therefore, I don't think ANYONE can say he is F3 as it currently stands.

Is there one inkling of proof that Brooks is F1...I'm talking about post FRC clues....with Emily/Jef there were a lot of clues. I feel like right now the most clues we have are from Chris H's interviews...to me they point to Brooks not being F1. I mean Des has some time to think about it. She did say in one of her previous blogs that she was in love with Brooks and falling in love with Chris...so maybe with Brooks out of the picture she will focus on the other guys. There is a part of Des that is smart and strong and doesn't put up with crap...the first night she kicked that guy out for wanting to talk to her in the dark...maybe she will have some days to think about Brooks not loving her and she will be strong and stop thinking about him and start focusing on the remaining guys...or she may just be so in love with Brooks and not really in love with the other two guys at all who knows?

I guess she's with nobody then. It's hard to believe Des is engaged to Brooks because of what Chris Harrison has been saying...and because Brooks just left for the simple reason that he's not in love with her. I mean at most the two of them would be dating but why would Brooks go from totally leaving to proposing..doesn't make sense.

The season finale is Monday. I know tensions are running high. I understand that.

However, please respect the rules we have here. It makes this Forum so much more enjoyable.

Raise your hand if you think that Brooks said a lot more than we were shown on Monday and they just chose to show us all the negative stuff.. 


but that we'll see him say things like how much he loves her when they're together but how doubts creep in when they're apart... and how once they said their final goodbye.. that's when he realized he didn't want to walk away, how he wanted to pursue a relationship with her. This is a heavily edited show, and IMO Brooks showed way more emotion than a guy breaking up with a girl would if the reason was that he could never love her. And as to CH's blog and words... he works for the machine.. and if he's told to play up that Brooks is gone for good (which we know from Des's blog is not true) then that's what he's going to do. I think that door is wide open for Des and Brooks to be together but closed shut for Des to choose Chris or Drew. It's Brooks or Bust for Des.. simple as that.
