Because Drew is out of the mix from the looks of things, I think I'm rooting for Chris. I believe all 3 are nice guys but he hung in there the whole time. Another thing in his favor is that they're doing water dates for all 3 of his final dates. Maybe nothing but it makes me wonder.

True, the only problem is we have no idea what Brooks FD (or LCD) would have been - Des is wearing a bikini  under her shirt when she goes to meet him for their FD

Yes & she has a swimsuit under her top with Drew on his LCD but in both cases they didn't have a water 1 on 1 date as Chris did. Of course it's also true that water/swim dates don't mean you're the f1 but it seems strange that Des would have 3 of those dates with a guy who wasn't. It's not a date you can keep your distance in for sure. Just saw the pics in the helicopter. Wow, definitely seeing chemistry and Des isn't exactly covering up. :shocked!: 

There are other things that could point to Chris. Probably the one that really made me think was the potential safe house pic. When I was unspoiled I thought I had it figured out that Chris was the f1 so was surprised when it turned out that Brooks was the spoiled f1. It does appear that Des has been gaga about Brooks all season but I saw much the same thing from Ashley for Bentley albeit for a much shorter time (and no I'm not comparing him to Brooks at all - just the early infatuation). It's possibly true or a red herring. We won't know for a while but I'm hoping she wasn't just focused on Brooks. I don't think he's a bad guy at all but would love her to be with someone who cared for her enough to stick it out when it got tough.

Mura - love these pictures and the 2nd to last makes me think it sure could be Chris.  Also he seems to like purple and it was his college color and is that purple gown the one she wears for the FRC?  We have seen her in it in pictures but not in any previews as of yet.

Each season of the Ette there is always one image that solidifies F1 for me and its usually body language.  For Jillian, it was looking up at Ed (when he came back) in her hotel room. For Ali, it was on the helicopter (FD) with Roberto.  For Ash, again, on the helicopter with JP (FD).  For Em, on the library floor with Jef.  
For Des....I haven't seen "it" yet (of course we haven't seen FD).  Her face against Chris' open shirt when they were dancing was close to what I'm trying to describe.  She's had a few content sighs/gazes with Brooks (they were closer to "it" on the first date than of late).  I haven't seen the look yet with Drew, but other parts of her body sure have been "interested".     

Any thoughts?

What is with the helicopters that bring out the love?  In this one, she leans back into his arm like she is home. I noticed it when watching it. The still is not quite conveying it. Also, after the ILY poem they went into some garden and you could tell she was quite pleased. She was all in his open shirt then too. Could be wishful thinking.. but if you are breathing someone in like that, it's love or maybe lust. :Drool:

Chris's father gave her a treatment for clarity!  And she got the family's approval!

Maybe since I don't believe back adjustments actually give you clarity, I am having a hard time with that one. One thing that I have not seen discussed is the journal? she is carrying in when she meets the family. I am wondering if she read some of it to Chris' mom when they were outside a long time. It had a ribbon like a gift, but it appeared to be a journal. Anyone notice it? I'll go look for the pic of it.

Not sure which of the ones you mentioned it is but I think it may be some kind of journal - maybe containing some of the poems they wrote each other.

Wow! I was gone for much of the day and came back to this super busy thread with all the Chris love....

As a Chris fan from the very beginning before the spoilers came out and even after Des proclaimed her love for Brooks, I am so happy to see that every one is seeing how great our guy is. It's satisfying to see that some of our theories that have only been expressed in PMs are now coming out in other peoples' post. Of course, we have yet to see the ending but it helps to know that Mura, Britt and I weren't just imagining things   

Regardless of what happens, we know Chris put it all out there and didn't hold anything back and kept his promise to Des during their Munich date that he will be there until the end. He has held true to everything he has said and didn't waiver despite the very real possibility of getting his heart broken. Some say his personality is not big enough for TV but when the cameras stop rolling, this is exactly the kind of guy you'd want to be with. Sweet, sincere, rock-steady ....of course, the fact that he's smoking hot doesn't hurt either :Flirty:

Hello everyone. I was just reading over the thread as I've been out and about playing today. I look through the mags each week at the market. In addition to Chris being completely left out on the covers...if you'll remember, Jimmy Kimmel didn't even list him in her top 4. I honestly beleive it's been a cover up from day one. Even in her blogs, Dez has played the game well. I read her blogs weeks ago... remaining unspoiled...and said "WAIT A MINUTE"... let me back up and reread these paying more attention to her play on words. I came away unsure of what they had been doing their best to sell on screen until then!

SLA and I were Chris fans from the get-go, but then you hear the spoiler and don't want to get too invested in the story. It just wasn't quite adding up for me though. I've had this happen before and RS was still right, so I am cautiously optimistic about Chris. I don't see how Brooks can come back after Chris/Des LCD and she would accept his proposal over Chris who never wavered, never left?? That would make Des look like a complete fool. But then again.. other leads have been fools.. Ben, Jake and they weren't hesitant to show us that.
