SLA and I were Chris fans from the get-go, but then you hear the spoiler and don't want to get too invested in the story. It just wasn't quite adding up for me though. I've had this happen before and RS was still right, so I am cautiously optimistic about Chris. I don't see how Brooks can come back after Chris/Des LCD and she would accept his proposal over Chris who never wavered, never left?? That would make Des look like a complete fool. But then again.. other leads have been fools.. Ben, Jake and they weren't hesitant to show us that.

Yes Grace we were Chris fans from the get go and we have stood by as you say cautiously optimistic. There is just too many strange things going on this season that really makes me wonder if TPTB did not somehow pull one over on the spoilers. Maybe paid some of the contacts to put out wrong information or held more than one FRC - one fake and one real. I just don't put anything past them - they are real stinkers.

Grace and SLA4, :WAVEY:  I hear you about being cautiously optimistic....I've been that way since and even now that we're seeing way more things that points to Chris as being the last man standing, I've prepared myself either way. And I am now only realizing what you mean by "getting too invested in the story", it is quite frankly, very exhausting. I've never been quite as invested in a contestant before as I am with Chris and I've promised myself not to let his happen again. Unless, he becomes the next bachelor (if he's not F1) and then all bets are off

To the bolded, I remember you saying that in a previous post....how cool is that!

He does give off the "hometown boy" vibe....pretty much like Des' "girl next door" appeal.

Question for you, how confident are you about the finale and Chris' chances of being the last man standing? Also, what did you think about the filming in Seattle last Thursday ?

Yes, every time I drive by Jesuit High School I think of Chris.

I'm not sure what to think about the filming in Seattle last Thursday but it seems like everything is being done to make people think Chris is out of the running. So I'm not really sure to believe that they are really trying to hide him or what. The filming with the roses in Seattle seemed kind of corny to me and I know that was not Chris' idea but the producers and of course it makes people think he would not be handing out roses if he were the F1. All of this craziness makes one's head spin!:skeptic:

I am sure this was discussed earlier, but can someone explain why the coral nail polish with the red dress is significant and how we know that is Chris' LCD? There is a VO from the first episode where she says she wants him down on one knee and then "I have never felt so loved". Is this a match to the red dress?

She seems to bounce back after Brooks leaves. Looks like she has a great LCD with Chris with the string rays, boat, beach kissing. He is definitely getting the best dates. Would she really take Brooks back after that date or send Chris away?

I believe they figured out the SC with Des in the red dress was at the same resort that Chris is staying. Kasha showed that Des' nails were coral on Chris' LCD as well so it ties together as being the evening portion of their FD. So the question is why is she crying?  

I also think the nails may tie in to when his LCD was. There's a SC of des walking with clear nails but the same clothes as in the photo shoot and then later with coral nails. The magazine said it was on May 5th so I was thinking that she got her nails done on the way to the photo shoot and that Chris' LCD was afterwards. That's significant if the FRC is on May 6th because it could mean Brooks doesn't come back until the FRC day.

As far as Brooks returning, we still don't know for certain when the FRC was filmed.

Thanks, fixed it. I believe the tweet that someone saw CH on a flight from Antigua on May 7th because what are the odds it was a mistake? Too coincidental IMO. There was a mag that said the FRC was the 6th but RS saying it was the 8th. He got a lot of things wrong and that would leave very little time for the final couple to spend time together so right now I'm buying the 6th as the FRC date.

I agree that the RC would of been on the 6th. If Harrison was on that flight as per the tweet, then that would mean that he wasn't there for the 8th and Harrison is ALWAYS there for the FRC. Not to mention that if the rc was on the 8th, the couple would have minimual time on the island together before they had to be back in the states. With that feeling, I really don't see how Brooks can be the F1, right now. We don't have any more caps leading us towards him. His edit is not showing that he returns. Since he is not the lead in this storyline, we don't necessarily need a resolution for him but since Des is the lead, her resolution could be that she overcomes his leaving and carry's on with the final 2 guys to find her final choice. I am just putting these thoughts out there for conversation.

I, too, think Chris seems like a great guy and wish him the best.

Based on his edit:

1) being oversold by CH & TPTB
2) lots of screen time, especially in previews
3) his overconfidence in his relationship w/Des

....makes me believe he is not F1. F1s usually express more doubt, or are edited that way.

Like Drew is being edited on his LCD. They make it seem that he is gone, whether by his own hand or by Des. IF the F1's are edited as having doubts or with doubts regarding what is going to happen, then that does match Drew's edit as of the LCD. For that and others, I really doubt myself that Drew leaves on the LCD.

Nothing about filming, just all their twitter dates match up to all of them being there around that time.I am convince they are filming something there....Maybe how strange it is that the last 2 F1's are from Seattle!!!!

Someone suggested that too but the Seattle casting call was on June 15, so it has already passed.
