sophienette Brooks was spotted at the Atlantic City airport today.  So, he was still in Florida.  Tells me he's not Final 1, no?

He very well may be F1. He may be taking connecting fights to meet up with Des a la 3rd destination?
I think if they are at an airport is more suspicious than if they are hanging out at home.

Drew being in CA is very suspicious, even if it is a modeling gig.

Oops, I meant Atanta's airport. I still think that's odd he was there that long unless he went with Michael to CA and came back with Desiree.

Normally you get pics of the lead at the airport and I don't recall seeing any of Des. 2 days in Florida doesn't seem like much of a safe house visit does it? It would be so much easier for her f1 to come to CA because she wouldn't have to fly and risk being seen.

Not necessarily. Des made several trips to NYC to promote the show and we had no sightings or pictures of her either so I don't think that's true.
Perhaps, she is traveling on late night flights. Also, don't we know from past leads/winners that the safehouse is not in CA?

LOL It was ATLANTA. someone got lost in translation---yeah huge difference.

Brooks is in ATL most likely getting a connection back home to SLC. He was spotted on 7/12 on a Delta flight from SLC to ATL. We then had him in Miami with Michael later that night so he must have caught a flight from their to FL. I think Brooks was likely in FL all week and heading back home today.

In each season there has only been two finalists that get the LCD/MTP. This time we have caps of Drew and Chris getting LCD's which is something that is obvious. I don't see how with a finale date of May 6, there is room for Brooks. Also if you look at things, in every season in the past, there has been a couple of days for the F1 and lead to have some private time before heading back to the states. This time we have a twitter pic and sighting of Des in LA area on the 9th. IMO, if the finale date was the 8th, that doesn't give time for Des and Brooks to have time. With those things in consideration, I really think this is a more simple finale. IF Brooks is F1, there really isn't time for him and Des to have that quality time before they get back to their lives. IF someone other than Brooks does win, then there is the time, there isn't really a need to overthink things as what is happening is the norm and we do have sc's for Drew and Chris to have their FD's and LCD's. no idea

I believe most of the time it's either in CA or near where the lead lives. Jillian's for sure was and I think Ali's also.  Emily's season was different although Jef came to CA for a safe house visit right after the MTA. It's not that Des couldn't travel but it makes more sense for the guy to go there instead of both of them traveling. I'm not saying it's not possible Des was meeting Brooks but doesn't seem likely for just 2 days.

MF is able to get a variety of houses throughout CA in remote areas for next to nothing. The lead is already in the vicinity. Makes it pretty easy. Why complicate it, if it's not, especially since all 3 guys are out by the west coast.

And with Drew living in CA, that concept would be so less messy. I really don't know what to think of this season. There are so many things that just don't add up.

Yes it is, and there's plenty of evidence from prior seasons to support that regardless of how this season ends. Need we run down the list of what the show has done to lead on both its leads and its contestants? The lead is given false assurances about his/her non-F1s's sense of reality - the producers assure the lead that the non-F1s totally know they're playing along at this point and know they're only pretending to be in an escalating relationship because they know it's their ticket to being the next lead. Meanwhile the non-F1s (especially the F2/F3/F4) are encouraged by producers to believe that they are in fact F1, while the F1 is encouraged by producers to doubt the relationship with the lead. Everybody is messed with to maximize the potential drama.

As far as how this season does end, it's difficult for me to see a relationship emerging that isn't compromised in the audience's eyes, whatever the reality may be (and the reality appears to be that Desiree and her F1 are happy). If the F1 is Brooks, it's apparently after some meltdown that caused him to miss several late steps of the journey, despite being the frontrunner the whole season. If the F1 is Drew or Chris, the show has 2 episodes to present a credible relationship after 8 that presented the Desiree/Brooks relationship as Desiree's preferred romance and the one she wanted to lead to marriage.

One ugly and nasty show indeed.

 

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!  He'll ruin your romantic fantasy.      

Ah, ye olde Reverse Fleisschology.  I love it when they bring back the classics.
