I think he's into her but he definitely was looking to either convince himself or have his family convince him of the relationship last night.  This crazysauce show aside, homeboy's got some issues with something.

He's not into her sufficient for the speed of this show. He had the 1st one on one date of the season which means there was plenty of time to gain that comfort level.

IMO his family was very supportive even his mother gave her blessings. If that didn't settle him despite the fact that he said that it was so important to him then there is something far more going on there.

Well, it's apparent Des is not a good actress. When she is disinterested, regardless of her trying to be polite, the boredom is apparent.
Maybe 2 guys do propose to her(in a sense, didn't Zak, too), but the one she wanted to propose to her didn't and she walks away from all 3.

Maybe.   There is a site claiming (not that one on twitter) that Desiree picks Brooks, but he doesn't propose.

Ok...I guess what I meant is whether or not she "picks" Brooks in the end and gives him her final rose, is the same in my mind from walking away from all 3=rejecting 2 proposals and not receiving one from the 3rd(as that is her goad in her eyes--to get Brooks), she is walking away from being engaged. But the spoilers insist she is or RS does.

Well, it would explain the 'zero guys' thing too.  

I just wish somebody would give us details!

The other thing that's striking me as odd is that the tabs have been eerily quiet this season.  By this point in other seasons, US, OK, Life & Style, heck The Enquirer and The Star- would be trying to outcrazy the other.  Two paragraphs in US that don't comply with the spoilers is it?  What the heck?

And I really try not to read RS' rants of jealousy anymore but he seems to be pretty quiet these days as well.

I just don't get why TPTB would drum up a crazy, twist ending in their interviews and on Twitter, but then not do PR support in the mags or pushing it for Des interviews.  That's not how you market a major network show watched by 6-7 million people (8m. if it gets good at the end) for 26 seasons.  It just doesn't smell right.

True and that might explain RS. (Actually nothing explains RS.)

But that doesn't account for the lack of show promotion this season.  Their PR campaign should be building to a crescendo right now.  They should be feeding more and more tab articles, Des giving interviews, CH giving interviews, Des is seen out and about taking pictures with fans, MF shouting from the hilltops about what a great season this is.  She's done some of the requisite ABC-affiliated stuff but not much lately and not much at all.  And she's basically been living under the radar.  ABC and NEXT are mailing this one in right now.

Even the 'torn between Drew and Brooks' was so lame, it didn't say anything as to why, but due to how Drew treated his sister.

I agree there is just something really off this whole season. So much really stupid drama. We have seen all of it before but not all on the same season. They are editing to cover for a boring season.

Sean was all over the place doing press last season and promoting the show and by this point...touting how happy he was. Des has been almost invisible. MF and the production has been pretty silent as well. Does not bode well in my eyes.
