Well, he should be looking up Allie's number because she SEEMED to be more that gal. Maybe she's more career driven than what we saw onscreen but she's as cute as a button and seemed more than happy to curl in his lap and give him lots of loving.

Angela is only 24 ... she should be pursuing a career now if that's her dream. Crazy to think that she or any women should have their career aspirations take a back seat to his. She could focus on her career/their relationship for another five years and then have their first child before 30 and then make the decision that all working mothers must make ... how to juggle both.

BTW ... his household didn't look that big ... wasn't it an apartment? I wouldn't think that would be a full time job in the near term.

STG ... Ha! No kidding. My 47 year old self agrees with you but I would have said NEVER in my 20's and 30's.

I would not have wanted that in my 20's either!!!! I think he needs a true girl next door. A women with wealthy parents & tons of opportunities will be hard to tie down. An average, attractive, middle class girl is more likely to want the same future as him. But men can't see that "barbie" looks aren't everything.

Renae would be the girl ready to settle down and have family and I think Beth too but both ladies are taken. Renae sent me photo with her new man weirdly enough he's also from Dallas.

I really think that the interview came after their "break-up." It's pretty clear to me that Ben came to that (see bolded) conclusion as a result of choosing Angela; and, once he realized that Angela wanted a career more than she wanted to be a mom it went down hill. :Smiley:

Regarding the bolded. I couldn't help but think that Allie would be very happy to be barefoot and pregnant by Ben. Just saying.....

That is what I figure as well...But he needed to give her at least a year or 2 before becoming a mom....And who said you cannot do both...I'm sure after her jewelry business was launch she would have settle down.
No way he and Allie were compatible. However I saw the hugs that his brother gave her and started to wonder about what Tarryn said. Also his friends were very snobby. Asking for her name again and which go faster ....Damn did he think she was a ditz.

I thought that Ben's friends actions with Allie was producer driven, just like when Ben's mom asked Allie something about Ben's work. Why carry Allie to F2 if he saw her as a ditz? I'd think that he would have let her go and kept Renae.

Actually I do not think that Ben saw her as that but his friend(s) treated her like one. I was a little disappointed by that.
