I don't think that's his job this time cuz Reality Steve's wrong spoiler has already done that so Chris H doesn't have to do it. I think he's being truthful.

No one I know outside of the forums thinks that Brooks is not coming back. I think regular viewership is pretty aware of his return.

I doubt she knew what he said exactly to his mom and sister or to CH before last Monday so I think it was probably a rough week. Plus, she was probably praying that they would leave out the conflicted part because now she has to deal with that and it will make her look worse for keeping Chris until the bitter end. The viewing audience does not know about contracts and such, they will see a cruel person on Monday. Ali stood up to TPTB, why can't she? She will be perceived as weak for taking Brooks back and cruel for keeping Chris only to reject him. Honestly, they need a closed set for what's about to come her way.

found out tonight that my sis and my niece are watching the show, totally unspoiled except for the advertisements. they both think that the Chris and Drew need to be let go and that Brooks will come back and either propose or they will date after the show and he will propose on the AFTR show.  my sister said from the first date with Brooks it was obvious how they felt about each other and that Brooks got cold feet thinking he would have to propose at the end and he wasn't sure he was ready for that.  

but I feel like that is what the producers are trying to do...make people believe Des is so in love with Brooks and that she is either done now or Brooks will come back...but I think the surprise will be that she moves on, Brooks doesn't really come back (at least not to propose) and she ends up with someone else.

But if she ends up with someone else it will be anti climatic. For me, anyways.

what is your definition of anti climatic...do you mean you won't like that or that you expected it, there is a difference. They have the ending already and they have to do something to make it either unexpected or exciting but the ending is the ending so they can't change it...I think they ended the part one of the finale with her saying "I want to go home." so she does precisely the opposite..she does not go home and she does not call it quits....she moves on, continues to date the other 2 guys and picks one of them...I think she picks Chris S. I think she had time to think if over...does it look like Chris is sloppy seconds well in a way yes but if Brooks doesn't come back and doesn't love her then he's out of the picture. she can't keep dwelling on him. she has to think what if Brooks left earlier or was never there, would she have fallen in love with one of the other guys, if the answer is yes then she needs to give that guy a chance and I think she does! I read both Chris h and Desiree's blogs..all of them over again. I picked up subtle clues i didn't pay attention to before. Even that people blog titled "I'm in love with Brooks!"...Des did not write that title...People or whoever did. and in the blog she didn't once repeat that cuz this blog is written in present time while she is engaged to someone else so I think she avoided those words even though she prob said them to chris h during the show that was aired that week (but thats in the past).

Did anyone notice that the reporters do not even know the names of the other F3.  They are so consumed with Brooks:

To me, anticlimactic would refer to a meaningful storyline that rises and rises, but then at the end takes a sudden turn. So yes, avoice, I agree that you statement is correct. There would be no anticlimax to Brooks coming back and the two getting engaged. That is completely expected.
